Allen Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center

I have been a patient of Dr. Allen, who I LOVE, for many years! and give her all the 5 Stars! I am reviewing for Tiffany at the front desk today! I had an emergency and she took it into her own hands to help me, including the nurses and Dr. Allen! I am in such relief! Thank you Tiffany and all the staff!

Good experience from Dr Allen as well as the staff. Very pleased with my visit. Update: I spoke to Taylor today about scheduling an appointment with Dr Allen (who I adore!) and I found Taylor to be very friendly, professional and truly showing concern regarding my health. Definitely an asset for Allen Dermatology!

Office staff so rude. I was a patient two years ago, moved back to area. My oncologist asked me to call my dermatologist for advise on rash from immunotherapy. Office said they couldn't see me until June, LOL! All doctors keep appointments available for such situations as mine. Called another dermatologist and they will see me Thursday---have never seen me before. Office staff does is a direct reflection of doctors!

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to do paperwork, then proceeded to be kept waiting an hour past my appointment time in the lobby and an additional 20 minutes in the room. Same time, go somewhere else

Not sure the women in their office know what professionalism is. We were just in their office and they were speaking very poorly to a patient over the phone. It was quite disturbing.

My experience was so terrible. Most painful biopsy as well and I've had several prior biopsies in other offices.
