Clay is the most helpful doctor I have ever had. His treatments have helped me with skin cancer and acne. While giving efficient treatments, he also has a positive attitude and helpful workers with him. They deserve higher than a 5 star review.

My experience with Advanced Dermatology was outstanding! Dr. Jeffrey Brackeen is extremely skilled in his field. His explanations are simple and thorough. The staff at this place are great as well. His assistant Lexie was confident & knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during our wait for lab results. Great experience overall! God bless you all!

Dr. Jeff is the best. He has a very positive bedside manner and is very gentle during the procedures. He's my favorite doctor out of all that I see. However, his office staff, especially the receptionists, have nothing but attitude no matter what the question. They hang up before you even say goodbye, and they act like you're the inconvenience. I just prefer to deal directly w Dr Jeff's staff. The office staff needs mega improvements. They are rude, condescending, and always agitated. If you can get past the snotty office staff, the doctors are phenomenal! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Just buyer beware bc the staff are as irritating as they can possibly be. No patience. No kindness. No concern. If you can ignore them, the doctors are most definitely worth the aggravation from the front of the house bc docs actually do care and are great at what they do. Dr. Jeff has done excellent work for me and my skin cancer, on my face, and he's so gentle, I never feel a thing! Great docs, sub-par office staff. Avoid office staff, and you'll avoid the aggravation.

Dr. Jeff seems nice enough, I've got a debilitating autoimmune skin disease called hidradenitis suppurativa.. I've been going there 3 to 4 years and there's been no real true improvement. I don't think for his record he doesn't want a loss, none of these biologic companies like humira or tremfya, or taltz worked for me every single one of them were so expensive and they all gave money to use but only for so many doses so I can never finish taking any of my doses Dr Jeff was a very nice man but his staff when I called because of being denied any more of a certain biologic injections I don't know what receptionist it was but she was very rude, Dr Jeff one time said if I need anything like a Lancing or anything, to call he would squeeze me in, anyways I think he has too many patients because I couldn't get in for 4 months. My last visit he said at this point we've done everything, we're just going to see you like once a year. I was trying to tell the receptionist I heard of a new one that got approved for HS (my autoimmune disease) and that I needed to see him desperately because the money from the company that made the last biological that I was taking gave me a long one my insurance ran out. And it seems like it was starting to maybe help and I said it's very important we keep this going she didn't care and implied that I just go see a different doctor, so that's what I'm doing if you have HS particularly stage 3 which is the worst I recommend going somewhere different

I was very impressed with the team at Advanced Dermatology. They are very efficient and easy to work with. The staff was pleasant and thorough. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

This dermatologist office is amazing!! My experience under Dr Jeff's care is definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. He has great skill and approached my specific case with transparency and empathy. He's a great person and can't recommend his office enough.

If you need a Dermatologist then look no further! This is one of the best Dr offices that I've been to. Dr Jeff is great and pretty much the whole staff including Dr Amy is a pleasure to deal with. I had 18 radiation treatments, therefore,I got to meet pretty much everybody including Blue, the office mascot! Highly recommend!
