I had my Botox treatment today with Steven, and it was an outstanding experience. The front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived, which created a comfortable atmosphere for my visit. I had eye surgery around a year ago to fix my eyelids. I went to see Dr. Ben Lee since I was told he had a lot of experience with Asian eyes. I flew to LA after we did a video consultation and was assured this would be a simple procedure. After the surgery was done I was swollen as expected and followed protocol to reduce swelling and returned again to have the stitches removed when it was time. At that time I could see my eyes didn’t look the same one eyelid was hanging lower than the other. My friends told me it was very noticeable before I had left to have the stitches removed. I talked to the Doctor and was told those aren’t friends you need to find new friends and that the swelling would continue to go down and it would to fine. Several months later I talked to the doctor and a Chinese interpreter that worked for the doctor on a zoom call. The lady told me maybe you are not using ice that is causing the swelling not to go down or you are sleeping in a position that is causing it. Basically that it is my fault. Doctor offered for me to come in to have additional surgery to fix the problem but I do not trust him and I am afraid he will make it worse. Very bad experience. The environment is clean, calm, and very relaxing. The service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Ruby is an excellent facial therapist — her technique is very professional, gentle yet effective, and she made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. My face felt much more relaxed and refreshed after the treatment. Highly recommend and will definitely come back

I have been Wave for many years, Steven helps me do Botox over 7 years! He always did great job, no swollen，not too much painful. I have very bad experience for filler in Santa Monica at one clinic when I just arrived at LA, but 2 years ago I try to think of maybe Steven can help me, that’s sooooo amazing. The whole process was so good, everything is normal and I can go to office the following day. For all my treatment I only trust Steven. He is very gentle man with excellent and professional skill. First time to do facial injection in LA. Great great experience. I did Sculptra elsewhere before but felt strange and too swollen. This time, perfect, not that much swollen. Ting helped me with consultations so I understand better. Rubi helped me with facial treatment and was so good. Steven as my NP did great job and made me not nervous and even not that swollen. Highly recommend.
