I’m a regular and very happy patient of Dr. Wang’s for about 5 years now and visiting is always a great experience. The office is very clean and also very well organized so i never have to wait long to be seen (i think the longest wait was 10 minutes once). Everything is handled with the utmost professionalism and i’ve been (still am) steadily happy with the results of my treatments. I want to especially highlight his amazing team: every single time from the moment you walk in it’s a positive and welcoming vibe - every single person working there is always super friendly, very professional and helpful. Plus it feels & is very much genuine! The same goes for all of my interactions with the team via phone or the patient platform. They really are the best! I don’t take all of the above for granted so thank you all very much!

The location is easy to find and park which is great for DTLA. The office is clean, modern and the staff is amazing. Dr Shauna Higgins is absolutely 10/10. She’s knowledgable, kind, funny and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! She’s helped me a lot with my hormonal acne that was becoming an insecurity as it was newer and felt like it was so constant. Because of her, it’s clearing up, my skin tone is evening out and I’m shining bright like a diamond. Thank you Dr. Higgins!!!!!!

Dr. Shauna Higgins made my first dermatologist appointment experience super welcoming and I learned a lot about why my skin was breaking out. She also made me feel at ease about my thinning hair. She’s professional but also makes you feel like you’re speaking with a big sister that has your best interest in heart! 10/10.

I was first impressed by the cleanliness of the office and then by how proficient the staff were with respect to their "first timers" intake process. Dr. Higgins is exactly who I have been searching for my entire adult life. She keenly listened to understand exactly what I wanted done and within a short period of time had a game plan established to achieve my stated objective. She accomplished this while also providing me a level of comfort I’ve never experienced with another doctor. If asked to use adjectives to characterize Dr. Higgins, I would say efficiency and effectiveness!

Dr. Wang and all the staff are rad!!! Super welcoming, always take care of you and respond immediately. They always have options for and what they think is best. I was always scared to go to the dermatologist but this team is rad. The offices are always cool too.

Had a great experience here. From the moment you walk in everybody is very helpful. My treatment was with Shauna Higgins who I cannot recommend nearly enough. She explained everything step by step and kept asking if I was feeling ok or had any questions.

I have finally found my cosmetic dermatology office and provider! I had some facial botox done by Julia, and I have nothing but good things to say. I've gotten botox done before elsewhere, and I always have gotten light headed and clammy from face needles, but I had no negative reaction with Julia at all. Also, unlike other providers, Julia recommended a realistic and conservative number of units to ensure a natural look. My girlfriend who was somewhat on the fence about me getting botox since she didn't want stiffness in my face was pleasantly surprised by how natural the result is! I will definitely be back when necessary!
