Vivo Wellness

My experience at Vivo was really quite good. All my questions were answered, though I had to go to the FAQ section of the website. Like a lot of businesses these days, they are short staffed. The staff they do have are knowledgeable and patient. I’ll be going back..it’s part of my "self care". Great!!

*Will edit if I’m contacted* I’ve been trying to book a session for months. No one answers the phone anymore. I’ve filled out the info card twice for new patients and when I called back to schedule an appointment I kept getting a voicemail. The location isn’t far from my job, so I stopped by a few times and every-time I do they’re closed and it’s mid day. I almost thought they went out of business.

For the purposes intended it is the best at the services they provide. In comparison to others they are the best!

From beginning to end this company was amazing, I did an online inquiry because I was at work and didn't really want to discuss my colon problems in my office. Hannah emailed me back super quickly and scheduled me for the end of the day which was amazing to get a same day appointment. They called me to even come in earlier which was perfect. Sheri was AMAZING, this was my first time and I was super nervous but she was super informative and sweet. It was a very private and clean place I felt super comfortable, she checked on me every 15 minutes which was awesome because I was nervous. She gave me my after care instructions and gave me different things that would help with my issues. I booked another appointment on the way out it was that amazing and UM THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WALKED ME TO MY CAR, MADE SURE MY CAR STARTED AND EVERYTHING. I'm already in love with all of them there. Check this place out you will not regret it.

Wow is all I can say! From the staff to the rooms to the session everyone and everything was above and beyond my expectations! The process was simple and Priscilla was Amazing! She had all the answer for every question from beginning to end the experience was 10stars.. Patty at the front desk was very knowledgeable and great to talk to they make it very comfortable to ask ANY QUESTIONS..TRUST ME I asked all the awkward questions and they was great ..oh yea.. and after I felt energized and felt like running a marathon and still feel amazing 3 days later!! I'll be back next month!!

I booked an appointment for my mom over a week in advance. We did all the forms that where sent to us. Prior to the procedure my mom had some questions that she wanted to ask before coming in regarding personal issues she has. The whole day morning till evening from two separate numbers I called 14 times trying to get a hold of someone to talk to. I even sent text messages as well. I was looking forward to getting this done for my mom, but the communication was awful. Now I am looking for a place I could trust and rely on to answer the phone at the least.

My experience with my first colonic was like nothing I could have ever imagined. Sheri K was awesome 😊 She is SO knowledgeable. I soaked in everything she said. I weighed myself before & after ~ I purged an astonishing 7.5 pounds of waste and toxins ! ! ! I have IBS-C. This was SO beneficial for me! I will be doing this on a regular basis from now on. My wonderful daughter treated me and I am so glad she did❣ Thank-You to my daughter and Vivo Wellness Center for changing my gut biome for the better 😁
