I have been a regular patient of Cornerstone Dermatology for several years now, for both medical and aesthetic dermatology. I have never once had a bad experience - from checking in to checking out, everyone is unfailingly polite and kind. The providers are very knowledgeable about every condition I've asked about; they are kind and meticulous. They take me seriously when I have a concern and they don't dismiss what I have to say. All of the employees seem friendly to each other and I've never noticed any snarky comments or looks - which says a lot about how great a place it is to work. I know first hand that Cornerstone Dermatology also gives back to the community through donations and group volunteer work. It's nice that they care about people. I also really appreciate that, when I get the bill in the mail, the perforation lines up with the fold in the paper so I get a nice clean edge when I tear off the slip to send back. It makes me feel good that they pay that much attention to detail. After all, if they take care with even small details like the fold in the bill, I can trust them to take care of the small details with my treatment. I would (and have) recommend Cornerstone to friends and family.

In search of yet another Dermatologist/Provider for the Ongoing Regal Nail Salon & Spa Injury (Chronic Infection stemming since 2020), I reached out via telephone to Cornerstone to inquire about their ability to treat me as a patient with the severe injury and attorney. They confirmed and schedule me for 10/2/25 10:30 AM. I arrived early with Medical Transportation both dropping me off and picking me up when I was ready. The wait time was inappropriate, beginning in the front waiting room to the patient room. I verbally recorded this visit, to use as evidence against any type of fraudulent record-I’m an Ongoing Hate Crime Patient stemming since 2020. The nurse asked a lot of questions, as well as the provider Hannah Saville. I’m sure they could hear that my mouth was dry and also see as they kept asking questions, me taking a drink, or even telling them to hold on. I repeat in this recording of the visit all the care and prescriptions I’ve had since 2020. It was as if she thought she could get every piece of information to use against me. Saville admitted it was a severe nail salon infection, which I already know. I have an attorney. Saville stated she’d take cultures-she cut into my right big toenail cracking it to the base, leaving crumbs on my foot as I walked out, asking "does this hurt?" My toe is more swollen than it was-she isn’t a podiatrist. She then swabbed my finger. Saville prescribed Muprocin 2% and said to use it twice a day on the toe she just cut open. Saville said to continue the oral antibiotic once a day until we have the cultures back.11/6/25 I reached out after still not hearing back with the results. They stated it would be another week or two. I took screenshots of the order sent in to Quest. "11/14/25 Saville and Cornerstone Dermatology thought they could take cultures and crack my right big toenail to state they received the final report there was no fungus or bacteria. (Voice Recording of her verbally agreeing to severity and etc) I informed them on the call of having taken 9 months of antifungal/antibacterial, already informed by Culture Taker-Anne Kettler at Hope Family Care Center in like 2022/2023 that due to using topicals and also orals, it could interfere. I let them know that she INJURED me by cracking my right big toenail and I had recorded…such and so forth. I will file complaints on their business and behavior with the same evidence I am providing to you. Quest-there was no final report today…I don’t know why they said that I checked online.

I’ve been here twice now, and both visits have been refreshingly excellent. From the front desk to the doctor who performed my biopsy, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and impressively efficient. The visit was so well run I barely got through a chapter of my book. I’ll absolutely continue coming here for any skin-related needs and would recommend them without hesitation. If 10 stars were an option, they’d have earned them.

Dr. Fieleke and his staff have been continuously kind, professional, and interested in my welfare over the course of a series of outpatient procedures I've undertaken with them. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff members seem to genuinely enjoy each other, and it has a nice team feel...like everyone enjoys working there. I trust that they will make any potential patient feel as comfortable as possible.

Kenna was extremely helpful. I accidentally left my Apple Watch after my appointment. It inadvertently got places in the the waste basket. Kenna did through the bag and found my watch. Tremendous unselfish customer service. And this was at the end of day. Kenna and her teammates stayed late to help me. Thank you for the great medical care and customer service.

I went in for a routine whole body scan to check for any potential problem skin issues due to a lifetime of sun exposure. Dr Fieleke and his staff were exceptional. They explained their process and were very thorough and professional. He found one issue that if left untreated could have led to a serious issue. He treated and resolved that issue. He biopsied one other potential issue with a commitment to get lab results back to me quickly. In addition he was very engaging and personable. This was my first visit and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Fieleke for you dermatological needs.
