Dr Blake’s great staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Her nurse was also great and friendly. Dr. Blake was very professional and completed her exam of me explaining to me what she observed and when she wants me to return. The elevator was out of order so I did have to walk up a flight of stairs and down. It is hard on my knees and hips, but I did manage. Very good visit!

Dr Blake is always professional and personable with on-target recommendations. She never goes over the top with biopsies and answers all concerns. 100% recommend her and have sent many friends her way !

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Neubauer for several years and have always been impressed with the way that she listens to concerns, is thorough in her exams, as well as being efficient and friendly without rushing through the process. The office staff is usually very efficient and friendly, too.

Overall the service was awesome! Warm welcome at front desk but nurse that assisted me with procedure was a bit curt & seemed to be just going through the motions. Not engaged in conversation nor was pleasant to interact with. LOVED my Dr. & that additional assistance that helped during surgery.

Anne did a great job. I’m just a little frustrated because I was told in my preconsult that it would be a "small" incision. It ended up going halfway down my forearm so that was very alarming.

Dr. Neubauer explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Dr. Neubauer and her nurse made me so comfortable during the surgery. I have all wonderful things to say! Highly recommend!
