She never pushes her clients into anything, but rather helps each client make a treatment plan tailored to each of their individual needs

I cannot recommend Bailey in the MedSpa enough. I have been going to her for years now, and she is consistently kind, punctual, and thorough. She's always keeping up on the latest technology and techniques, testing them on herself before ever recommending them to others. Bailey thoughtfully crafts a regiment and each service to an individual, never pushing a client into a service that isn't right for them. She is someone you can fully trust with improving and maintaining the health of your skin.

I saw Jennifer Latimore for a skin check, and she wanted to biopsy 4 moles. I returned a little over 6 months later and was told there were another 4 moles she wanted to biopsy. I asked why she didn't mention the additional moles the previous time. I was told they never remove more than 4 moles at one time. I said I still wasn't sure why you couldn't tell me there were more you were concerned about but could wait until a later date? They didn't seem to see the issue with the lack of communication and wanting to continue to cut into me over and over every time I came in. It became very clear this was going to be a pattern, and I've since switched to a new derm who agreed with me that this is not normal. I felt like they saw my family history of skin cancer and all the moles I had as giant dollar signs. Would not refer to a friend. They are also terrible at answering the phone!! You will play phone tag with them for months. At one point I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment. I called days in advance, multiple times, and never had anyone answer, so finally I left a voicemail. They clearly never check it, because they still called me the day of my appointment asking where I was.

Asees Kang was very attentive, kind and helpful in assisting me once I was called back for my October 27th appt with Dr Latimer. She made me feel at ease and comfortable going into my appointment. Thank you Asees!

Avoid. Receptionists are incompetent, billing is incompetent. Doctor is short and has an attitude if you ask any questions. Their rates are well above average. Want to talk to someone about your skin cancer test results? Leave a message and wait a week. You can find better care elsewhere.

Bailey at the Med spa is awesome! She’s very knowledgeable in skin conditions and treatment options. She’s done a lot with sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and veins on my face, using various treatments to help make my skin tone more even again. Highly recommend!!
