Dermatology Physicians Laser & Skincare Center

Got a new patient appointment quickly because of a cancelation. The office is very clean and nice and i only waited a few minutes before being called back. Everyone there was so nice, relaxed, and helpful. 100% approve of this practice.

Every time I go there I’m treated with respect and kindness. The receptionist was professional and polite and directed me where I needed to go without wait. Shortly afterwards, the MA Sarah was warm and polite, asking thorough and detailed questions of which she quickly and efficiently updated the PA, Marena. Marena was personable and described each procedure she was going to perform, warned me before any contact was made (needles, razor etc) to anticipate pain so I wasn’t surprised. Both PA and MA were able to answer all my questions meaningfully and to my satisfaction. Will continue to return to this practice.

Everything went great. I didn't have to wait. They did a biopsy on my lower leg and I hardly felt any pain. The two girls who waited on me were so nice and professional. Thanks again and God bless!!!!

I appreciated the efficiency and speed of being set up for services. All staff took what was an unnerving, abnormal situation for me, and thoroughly addressed my concerns and resolved my skin issue very quickly. Staff is lovely!

The staff was very helpful and congenial. My wait time was very short. My doctor was seeking to understand my issues, was very helpful and understanding, and gave me a very thorough explanation and game plan for moving forward.

Dr P Groleau looks at the whole person as a human, not just at the skin. She looks a patient straight in the eye and treats the patient as an intelligent human adult. She is kind hearted and also obviously well-trained and experienced. I would never want to give her up as my dermatologist.

I had a great experience at my dermatology appointment. The staff was welcoming and professional, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dermatologist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
