Waiting room was full but I only waited 5-10 minutes and I was early for my appointment. Kristy and assistant were great. Staff was warm and welcoming. And I was impressed they were collecting for the family of a staff member that passed away. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion. This office has been my dermatological care office for decades as a native Lancastrian. I moved to North Carolina for 5 years and moved back this past week. I have a history of squamous cell carcinoma, and had a questionable lesion I noticed during our moving process . I called from NC, and asked if they would see me as an old patient. The receptionist that I spoke with was so compassionate and helpful and she got me an appointment within 48 hours after we arrived in Lancaster. The PA, Chase Sloat, who treated me with liquid nitrogen was kind, & thorough! I have never experienced a double dose with little to no pain. Thank you for the awesome care!

On January 6, 2026, I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my cheek via a Mohs procedure performed by Dr. Hebel. At the outset, she put me at ease and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. After just one round, my margins were clear. I experienced no pain post procedure. After 24 hours, the site looked remarkably good. I am currently at 48 hours, and I am very pleased with the appearance of my incision. Many thanks to Dr. Hebel and her team!

This is a very well-organized, busy office, but they know my name, & I see a great practitioner who is very sharp at spotting problems & very kind about solving them. She found a melanoma on my cheek: Where my previous dermatologist had been trying, repeatedly, to freeze it, she immediately made an appointment for me to be seen by the best surgeon at the University of Pennsylvania--someone who deals surgically with melanomas daily. He was able to remove it in a surgery that was surprisingly difficult work but healed well. Then he took a biopsy from another spot he saw on the opposite side of my face, & badsurprise! A second melanoma. I went back to the same surgeon for the second removal. I'm incredibly grateful for my practitioner's attention to the detail, that she took the risk to take the biopsy. She may have saved my life. She definitely saved my my smile.

My appt was timely. I checked in and my provider Amanda Conroy, CRNP was immediately ready for me. She was thorough with her exam noting what has/hasn’t worked for me in the past, ordered me new medications I am hopeful will work, and also gave me samples of hand creams to try before deciding whether to purchase it over the counter. Would highly recommend this office for your dermatology care.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Lawson. She had a reassuring balance of friendly connection and professional communication. Dr. Lawson took the time to explain every observation she made during the exam, detailing the medical implications in clear, easy-to-understand terms. The supporting staff is just as excellent. Dr. Lawson’s assistant was welcoming and had a genuinely charismatic and attentive approach.
