This place is amazing! from beginning to end the front desk coordinators to the doctor and the nurses it was an awesome experience. They were super kind and helpful and I am glad we have found them.

The staff is super friendly! They speak both English and Spanish! Super convenient on the medication, we got it right there on the spot! Also they auto ship prescriptions through the mail which is much better than going every month to pick it up!

Terrible service. I went in because of a skin rash and told the doctor that 20 years ago a doctor had told me I had psoriasis. She never examined me, never looked at me, never confirmed any diagnosis; she simply went along with what a doctor told me 20 years ago. What a lack of professionalism! She never made sure it was the correct diagnosis.

I took my daughter because she had small bumps on her face. They told me it was something viral and that over time they would go away, and they prescribed a cream. They made me come back again, and my daughter still had the bumps on her face. They then told me there was nothing they could do and that they would eventually disappear on their own. I was extremely disappointed—I didn’t even spend two minutes in the appointment. The doctors there are not properly trained. Keep in mind that I took my daughter to another dermatologist, and he immediately knew what it was and performed a procedure to remove them. This means that if I had followed your advice, my daughter would still have that on her little face. You are the worst and should go back to university.

The place is beautiful the staff are great and very polite the doctor is young but she was cool I usually don't like to see famale doctor but this one impressed me

If you have eczema please do not come here. It is horrible how they don’t give a crap about your health at all. Their convenience it’s just to prescribe you medications for you to depend on, but never to research or try to heal you from within so you don’t have to keep coming back frequently. How convenient they have their own pharmacy where they profit from everyone else’s burden. Eczema or atopic dermatitis has been proved to improved with other lifestyles adjustments but not only temporary relief from the corticoids. Your skin will get worse over time, and they don’t talk to you about TSW. Please help yourself and take time to investigate, we are in 2025 and still using outdated methods, and no implementing new knowledge to treat eczema in a way that is more effective and less dangerous long term. I took my 10 month old baby, and the doctor Marrero even didn’t check him. She saw him through a few photos the nurse took him before she got in the room. She was so annoyed to respond my concerns. And honestly, she even didn’t try to help, it was so obvious she even didn’t care to ask any questions… She walked into the room given an automated speech that sounds like she says the same thing over and over… and ok, eczema is very common, we get it. But I’m not settling in your poor and unprofessional careless treatment. Mamas I do not recommend this place at all. Our children deserve better care.

I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time, but they made the whole process seamless. The provider walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and the results look amazing—natural and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments in the future.
