Set my appt in the same week. Came in 30 minutes early to do my new patient check-in, on an I-pad, very easy. My appt was wonderful! Great staff! Michelle Madjar is awesome!

Met Dr. Zachary yesterday and he was simply amazing. Very patient and informative. He’s so great with explaining as well as ensuring all your wants and needs are met. Such a pleasure meeting with him.

Excellent visit. Very professional. Only thing that would have made it better would be sending me home with written instructions regarding the use of the prescribed chemo cream.

I went to this practice just to be checked to make sure I had nothing of worry. My insurance covers this as prevention/well care. After going to the appt I received a bill for $100. When I questioned the bill, I was told they don’t do well care or prevention appts. Strange, since that is the reason I made the appt to begin with. Backstory: During the visit I was told a spot on my face that was not serious or cancer but she could remove it no problem. What they didn’t tell me was this would be at my cost and how much that cost was. The doctor just popped out the room and back with her little device after saying she can remove it. I specifically recall telling her if it wasn’t cancer then I didn’t care about having it removed. That was ignored and the procedure carried on. I didn’t even have a chance to consider the cost aspect. It was done within 5 minutes boom. Be careful going to this practice as they will perform procedures beyond what your insurance will pay and bill you. I wasn’t provided an estimate and not a word was said about cost. In Hindsight I can clearly see I was duped. Lesson learned and I’m hoping to save someone else the grief.

Went in for a minor surgery and it went better than I anticipated. Bree was very calming and professional at the same time. The doctor was amazing! My fears quickly vanished the moment I met both of them. They both explained the procedure and talked me through it while working on me. They explained the follow up procedure and assured me everything went perfectly.

Four stars for the front office. If you want the traditional front office experience and to not rely on electronic scheduling, you might have issues. They don't always answer the phone and the staff can be a little rude. The electronic scheduling works great though. The doctors and medical staff are amazing. Dr. Stepien removed a suspected skin cancer spot from my leg. Excellent bedside manner, did a great job with the surgery. The wound healed great and was back to running and such (incision was on my leg above the knee) within a couple days. The medical care is really what matters to me, and if you are like minded this is a great practice.
