Five stars for Dr. O’Connell. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years, and she’s consistently knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Her skin exams are meticulous, she answers every question in clear, practical terms, and her warm, welcoming demeanor always puts me at ease. More recently she's also helped with treating my hair loss. The office runs smoothly and follow‑ups are prompt. Highly recommended. Note: scheduling for full body exams runs many months out, but they have an efficient automated wait list you can opt in to that texts when other openings come available. Other types of appointments that don't take as long can be scheduled without as long of a wait.

Dr. O’Connell is an excellent dermatologist. She is very knowledgeable and detailed in her work. I have seen her for many years and she is always very personable, friendly and kind. The office is very well run, appointments are on time, efficient, and the billing is made super easy.

Dr. O’Connell and her staff are always thoughtful, courteous, diligent and professional. I get a little anxiety about doctor visits, but the whole team makes me feel more comfortable and confident that they’re taking great care of me.

I have been under the care of Dr Adkisson and PAC Ms Killer for several years and always felt comfortable in their presence. Both are very thorough and treat you like a person and not just another patient or number. I highly recommend anyone to receive their care.

Worst experience I have ever had with a medical billing department. After multiple phone calls and callbacks, I am now being held responsible for the full cost of a service despite having insurance. I provided updated insurance information, which was received by the office, yet the claim was never reprocessed. Instead, I discovered the issue one full year later when I received a bill in the mail for $271.00. I have been a patient of Dr. O’Connell for over eight years, and both of my daughters have also been treated at this practice. Unfortunately, this situation has left an extremely negative impression. I went out of my way to work with my insurance company to have the claim reprocessed, only to be told that it was rejected a year later because my old insurance allegedly denied it while "awaiting COBRA." Had anyone simply called me at the time, this could have been resolved immediately—especially since my daughter was actively being seen by the practice during that period. Instead, I am being punished for a billing failure that was completely out of my control. This charge is outrageous, the lack of communication is unacceptable, and after years of loyalty, I am finished with this practice.

Dr. Keller was wonderful with my son. She was kind, thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend her.

I had a great experience here. The nurse practitioner made me feel completely comfortable, listened to all my concerns, and even did biopsies on the spot without making me come back. I switched from my previous dermatologist who rushed through my appointment and made me feel like a bother. The care here was the complete opposite—attentive, patient, and thorough. What a difference—truly night and day!
