Chelsea Hoover

I found Chelsea Hoover to have a very pleasant bedside manner. I was in the office for a skin check and she removed a mole to be checked. It tested positive for melanoma. I’m thankful she caught this early and didn’t dismiss my concern. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with my dermatology healthcare.

Never in 45 years have I ever experienced a situation where a medical provider could not remember that they prescribed a medication just weeks ago. Chelsea spoke with my son about a treatment regiment that included 2 medications. 3 weeks later, when trying to contact the office to ask why they had not called it in, I was told that we were not ever told there would be 2 medications. The options here are: the provider is lying or they are incapable of remembering what information they have given. Neither option is acceptable. At this point, I still have no idea if it's even safe to trust the care coming from Ms Hoover. So now I am left to either find another provider or try to trust this office and their staff.....second chances in the health field may not always be a wise choice.

Chelsea is extremely kind and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I felt like she listened to me. One of the best bedside manners I've experienced.
