Britney White has been amazing. She listens and truly cares about her patients. She’s been a blessing. The entire staff has been amazing. I recommend this office to anyone.

This office has gone down in ratings with me. I have noticed the last couple times in there that the staff are very unprofessional. They are loud behind the desk with laughing and cutting up with each other. Nothing wrong with being happy but it is not professional when you can be heard in the lobby. Then we recently had a discrepancy in appointment date which would have resulted in a wasted trip. While trying to get it sorted out two different phone calls and two different office girls Becky and McKenzie just flat out hung up on us. We ended up calling back & asking to be called by the nurse. We got to the bottom of it which was all because of poor communication on their part. I know how office staff should act and these people are not that. In my opinion it is a reflection of the doctors. Apparently they dont care because there are some of the same complaints trickled through this review page. They are not up to date with the trend of verifying appointments via text or voice mail. Do better Advanced Dermatology.

After reading other reviews from about 2 years ago, I’m assuming they have updated their receptionists since then. I haven’t had anyone be rude, loud, or yell. They’ve been nice. I see Dr. Wilson’s PA, Brittney White. She is fantastic! I haven’t had a long wait at this office. Everyone is nice and caring. I feel like I’m being heard and taken care of. I would definitely recommend!

I have been a patient here for years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Each time I've had to call, McKenzie has been progressional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Raby and his nurse were great with my kiddos, he was friendly and he didn't rush through their appointments. He took the time to answer questions and was very personable. Kelly and Brittany are also extremely nice and helpful. They are excellent with helping with skin care and any issues that pop up. As a woman of color I appreciate a staff that is knowledgeable about the different issues that are common in our culture. Dermatologist are few and far between in Huntsville but if you can get in with these providers they will get you fixed up with a friendly and professional approach!!

My greatest impression is Dr Raby is a Christian. He also discovered a melanoma on my back that I would have never seen. And his staff is top notch.

Be prepared for your appointment to be rescheduled without any input from you, then if the random date and time that they come up with doesn't work for you, you get to go back to the bottom of the list (ie, wait 3+ months again). Staff will pass blame and get huffy with you for not being happy with the outcome. Recommend finding somewhere else in town that has built an office culture of caring for patients. Doctors might be great, but the rest of the office matters too (and they're who you're usually interacting with).

Dr. Wilson and her staff are amazing! I've been seeing her for over 20 years now and would trust no one else with my skin issues. She is extremely personable and always listens to my concerns. Even works me in when needed on occasions. I would highly recommend her as your go-to dermatologist!
