I had a good experience with Dr. Rayhan. The office was clean and the waiting room was comfortable. The staff were kind. Dr. Rayhan spent a lot of time answering my questions and was very thorough and had a good plan of diagnosis and care. My condition was treated well and I would strongly recommend Dr. Rayhan.

Did fine work then after sent me a bill for lab work he never did , after cutting off my mole I saw him throw it away and even asked if it needed to be tested then they send me a bill for lab work… then after unpaid the bill after complaint tot hem and asking for test results they sent me the bill again saying I didn’t pay. Watch out for this place

Infuriating to only make an appointment once confirming I could get a particular light treatment on my psoriasis, to then visit and find out that's not available for my scalp, which I intentionally called about ahead of time, and still be charged. Waste of my time, money and will visit other derm offices with integrity.

He made sure that I understood everything that was going on and what my options were for treatment. But it wasn't just Dr. Rayhan's communication skills that impressed me - it was also his genuine concern for my well-being. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and he checked in with me afterwards to make sure that I was doing okay. A great doctor. Saw him for a "doctor pimple popper" like procedure. Was painless with an excellent result. Great communication skills and like being treated by a friend rather than a clinician. Highly Recommend!!!

I only had one visit with this dermatologist. I am a black woman that is suffering from lupus. I received no kind of reminder call for my follow up appointment from the first appointment. I have called this office over and over again asking for a particular refill for a specific cream that helps with the scars on my face. I keep getting the run around!! First it’s that the pharmacy needs to submit a refill request. Then they never received the refill request. My pharmacy knows me I have to go there all the time to pick up my medication. So they definitely sent the request(MONTHS AGO) they have no regard for a woman of my ethnicity. I’ve called this office multiple times, I don’t know why they continue to drag me in circles for a specific refill. Dr. Rayan was very rude and showed no concern or compassion. He treated me as if I was a foreign object. I felt as if he tried to hurry up and rush me out of his office, I only saw him for 5 mins at the most and all the questions that I did have he never answered. I am tired of being treated this way. It doesn’t take that long! So I wouldn’t suggest anyone of color to visit this man. He doesn’t care and it shows.
