I book appointment online and i got this message saying "Thank you for your request. We will reach out promptly to confirm and finalize your appointment." So no one called me to confirm and I assumed the appointment is still on requested day off to see the doctor. 45 minutes before my appointment I got a phone call saying please call us back to confirm your appointment. I called and I was told "Yeah unfortunately your appointment is not available because it was not confirmed" they were suppose to call me ahead of time not 45 minutes before my appointment. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend to anyone this place!

They gave me a male doctor which I made appt with a female. They said not a full body but a consult for first visit. What a crock!! So no full body and I had a heat rash immediately did two biopsies and still have not healed. He is biopsy crazy and should have tried to diagnose. Will never go back there.

Office staff, nurses and Dr friendly and competent. They seemed to be over booked and ran half hour past my appointment time. The waiting room is very small and was full to capacity during my long wait. Had a skin cancer removed and was asked to wait in the crowded waiting room while the specimen was checked so the room I was in could be used for another patient. I thought this a bit unprofessional. But no complaints on the actual surgery and care during surgery.

Joseph Sedrqk is the worst ski surgeon I have ever been treated by. He mutilated my leg removing a skin cancer that got the worst infection and left me with no way to contact him over the weekend , so I had to seek treatment at an urgent care. I’ve been on 2 different antibiotics, and he has never returned my call even once to follow up on many messages. He had his wife call me and I don’t think she is even a dermatologist. Great caring staff especially his nurse Leah . She is the only person in the office to reach out to me for any follow up . She removed my stitches and applied a new bandage. I will not be returning to this office and advise anyone to stay away from Joseph Sedrak . He is a butcher .

I have been to many derms since my former Derm retired and been completely disappointed and even gotten infections that were long in getting healed due to a nasty and very resistant bacteria that is found on surfaces ..which told me the office was not clean or the instruments were not clean. HAPPILY I met Dr. Joseph Sedrak and was very encouraged. HE LISTENED to my concerns and did his best for me. I had NO PAIN during or after the two biopsies were taken. I was VERY thankful to read he is a MOHs surgeon which is GREAT. I've been 'farmed out' to MOHs surgeons in the past that I've never met from less than caring Derms which is VERY unnerving when you're dealing with cancer AND a different doctor for the surgery. Thankful for Dr. Joseph Sedrak. I will be meeting his wife, Sylvia Sedrak in November for a full body scan. She is also a Derm and in the practice with him. I am SO thankful for a female AND a male Derm in the same office. True the office reception area is VERY small and the waits can be long. The chairs for long waits are VERY HARD and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. So bring a cushion if you have a bad back.

He introduced himself, explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. The procedure seemed to have gone quickly with no pain. My follow up plan was explained thoroughly and off I went.

Dr Sedrak made me feel very comfortable while having a mohs procedure. After seeing other Drs with no results Dr Sedrak cured my husbands long time rash.
