I’ve been dealing with rosacea for a while, and recently I had the chance to visit Dr. Nguyen at her new clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—the space is not only spotless and modern, but there's a warmth to it that immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly thorough and kind. She took the time to walk me through every ingredient in my topical medication, patiently answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It really stood out to me how much she cared about making sure I understood my treatment and felt confident moving forward. What impressed me even more was her depth of knowledge and attention to detail—not surprising given her training at Stanford, but it’s something you can truly feel in the way she treats her patients. Her bedside manner is compassionate and calming, which is exactly what I needed. If you’re dealing with any skin issues, I can’t recommend Dr. Nguyen enough. I left feeling informed, cared for, and hopeful.

Her staff is also amazing and I really appreciated the extra time and care given to me. Dr. Janette Nguyen was the first dermatologist (after a few trial and error in the past with other dermatologists) to properly diagnosed the skin condition on my face and I can start to see some improvement just 5 weeks after the first visit. Not only she knows her field very well; what surprised me more is she also has a very good bedside manner which is kinda rare nowadays among doctors.

I went to Dr. Nguyen for a skin check, and she was thorough in her exam and explained everything as she went along. After freezing off a couple of spots near my left eyebrow (probably from sun exposure while driving), she took a biopsy of a spot on one of my legs that she was concerned about. I received a call two days later with the biopsy results, and it was a basal cell carcinoma that needed to be removed. Knowing that it was my first time dealing with something like that, Dr. Nguyen explained that basal cell carcinoma is the most common form of skin cancer and that it's not anything to lose sleep over. She also said that it's not aggressive and it's unlikely to spread. We scheduled an appointment for the following week to have it removed. Before the procedure, Dr. Nguyen explained the process and asked if I had any questions. After she numbed the area with a local anesthetic, she got to work. The procedure was quick and painless (other than some little twinges when she administered the anesthetic). I left with two layers of stitches and instructions on how to care for the wound until I returned two weeks later to have the top layer of stitches removed. I'm so glad I found Dr. Nguyen and will definitely continue to see her for my skin checks and any other dermatology needs. In addition to being an excellent doctor, she's warm and caring (and so is her staff). To top it off, the office is beautiful and clean, and parking is a breeze.

Dr Jannett Nguyen was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with my dry scalp. The office decor is immaculate and the staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. Dr. Nguyen and her staff were able to perform a chemical peel for me as well and they were able to make sure that I was feeling cared for and were very efficient as well.
