Skin Laundry - Huntington Beach at Bella Terra

I've been receiving services since late August and I am incredibly grateful for the nurses and front desk staff. I've seen three different nurses, including Ava and Christina, and they have all been extraordinarily helpful in addressing my anxieties and explaining the different serums. My favorite is the Fixer, but the Illuminator is amazing too. The results have been life-changing. I love the entire staff at the Huntington Beach location, from Bri and Mackenzie at the front desk to all the nurses. The front desk team always keeps me informed about specials and provides helpful product information without any pressure. I also have a Yelp review that further highlights how life-changing my results have been. If you're considering going in, do it! You won't regret it; it's worth every penny.

My nurse Tatiana was amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my skin in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel rushed at all. I did the Signature Laser facial and noticed an immediate improvement in my pigmentation right after the treatment. I felt very comfortable, informed, and confident in her care. I’ll definitely be back.

I was 5 minutes late but the front desk receptionist was pretty rude about it. I was understanding but got rushed through and then they tried to overcharge me. I noticed and said it didn’t look like my bill ($265 versus $65) and they "fixed" it. It was embarrassing how they tried to push a monthly membership and more treatments to me after such awful bedside manners. When they realized I wasn’t buying anything else it felt like they couldn’t wait for me to leave any faster

I bought a $40 Signature Laser Facial. HB Skin Laundry's own Black Friday Deal. I called and left and was immediately sent to Voicemail yesterday Saturday from the time they Opened to 1:29pm. No Call back. No nothing. Are you going to tell me the don't have a Receptionist? I left in depth Voicemails after being sent to VM. I wasn't able to Book on Line for that particular Deal. No call back. Nothing. RS

I LOVE this location! From the beginning of my skin journey to now, it’s been a year of receiving breakthrough treatments and friendly services. Immediately I’ve felt welcomed and helped by the lovely and attentive nurses, whom I’ve each made great connections with, as well as Rachel, McKenzie, and Bree at the front desk who always graciously accommodates my schedule changes and answers all my questions. I appreciate all of them! Don’t expect surface level, AI generated interactions here! No, each experience here is genuine and warm as I leave each appointment with good vibes. Also, the interior here is clean, open and spacious with a lot of comfy chairs, water and facial wipes. On top of that, I have seen such gradually dramatic results on my skin from my weekly Signature and monthly Power Duo laser facials. I used to deep dive into studying and trying every topical skincare product to treat acne, but now only need gentle ingredients, clean eating, daily exercise and these weekly facials to supplement; I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! My skin has drastically transformed from cystic acne scarring to smooth, bright and youthful skin! I’ve barely gotten new breakouts, except maybe a couple ones during the time of the month. I used to be self-conscious going out barefaced but now that my skin has healed and improved so much I embrace my authentic, God given glow and beauty radiating from the inside out! This was my first laser treatment. The office was very easy to find with plenty of parking. The office was clean and I felt comfortable with the staff and loved the RN I had! She was very knowledgeable and my skin looked great after the first treatment. I’m looking forward to seeing the results in the future.
