Michelle and Dr. Nelhs were also incredible throughout my experience. Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns. I struggled with melasma for over 10 years. Went in for Potenza RF microneedling. The clinic is nice and clean, accessible parking and easy to find. The staff, Lane at reception was welcoming and nurse Michelle and Dr B were amazing. After getting my initial picture and numbing, the treatment was explained and also suggested other helpful treatments but not pushy to make a sale. I didn’t felt pressured, I actually was grateful they mention the other treatment called minus 3 that helps with frown lines. They showed me before and after pictures and the results were incredible. I will be getting this done next time. Prices are reasonable and affordable and their experience shows through the treatment. I felt welcomed and safe in their hands. Initially I was scared of the pain but Michelle has gentle hands and I was constantly checking in to see if I was. doing ok. After the treatment I was treat with cooling mask, a facial nectar and spf ! After care was explained and answered all my questions. Glad I found them. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a rejuvenated looked.
