This was my second visit with Dr. Effron. My first was a consultation. I was extremely impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable she was. She took her time and explained to me her thoughts. Yesterday I went in for fillers and botox. I am already so pleased. Dr Effron wants you to look fresh and natural when the procedure is completed, not plastic or fake. I would give her 5 stars no problem!

Dr and technician were good. Office Manager, Susan, was not a pleasant experience. She was dismissive when I mentioned to her that my appointment confirmation email said to arrive 15 minutes early but the door was locked at that time with a sign saying they would be back in 3+ hours. She really didn’t care to hear about that. Regarding the arrival time she said they had nothing to do with the company that sends out the emails, had never seen the emails and when I offered to send her a copy said she didn’t want it. Her rude manner was not a good first impression of the office and I’ll think twice about going back there though I do like the doctor.

Today I had a good appt with the office running pretty much on time. Very little waiting today

Dr. Effron and her staff are great! I highly recommend being one of their patients. I’ve been going to see Dr. Effron for close to 25 years and I continue to be satisfied with her care and professionalism.

I was referred to this office by my PCP, and I'm happy that I was. They are very thorough, very friendly and I had some other issues that I was unaware of that they are helping treat. Who knows what would happen if we didn't catch it in time.

The office was very accommodating and efficient, starting with the gentleman who greeted me, then the gal that took me into the room, and then Lindsey. Lindsay listened to all of my concerns and then checked me from head to toe. It’s so nice to go to an office where you can fill out your paperwork and submit it online before you get there, and then be met with such Efficiency. I feel confident that any need I have now or might have in the future will be taken care of with kit gloves at this office. Thank you!
