Every time I come to the allergy clinic The wait time are always guaranteed to be more than an hour, what’s funny is the staff seems to be OK with it, They always have the same response, which is the Doctor is behind because he has too many patients and so quick to offer to reschedule. We wait for a long time then the doctor sees you for a bit because he has to rush so he can see other waiting patients. I understand wait times and medical appointments but an hour and a half every time is unacceptable. They have to understand that you also have a life and a job to attend to. I really like this clinic, but they really need to fix their schedule.
Seeing Dr Herman is refreshing and wonderful. He is knowledgeable about my health issues and really cares. I have recommended a a number of people to him and he has solved their issues as well However after talking with Dr Herman and then dealing with the staff it has become a challenge. My medication keeps getting messed up and they won’t let me speak to the doctor so its a bit of a pickle Definitely go see this smart doctor as he can and will help you but Do double check your prescriptions before leaving as the staff is not helpful when they mess it up.
My Uncle Gerald was in there yesterday only To wait a few minutes for his appointment nurse taking information and doing the numbing for a biopsy was very good. Dr Sussus was very professional and very knowledgeable and straightforward with him. My other uncle had a skin cancer removed And did great. So we returned for this uncle. Happy we did.
Everyone in that office is part of a well oiled machine. Pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all my questions so when I walked out, I knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure my recovery went smoothly. Great group!
I feel genuinely misled and taken advantage of by this entire experience. I’ve been trying to figure out why I’m breaking out in hives, and instead of receiving clarity, I’ve been charged twice and given conflicting information. Here’s what happened: 1. First Visit: I was charged my $50 co-pay. The doctor sent me for blood work, even though my referring physician had already ordered blood work a week earlier. He told me to schedule an appointment for an allergy panel once the labs were completed. 2. Second Visit (Allergy Panel Appointment): I was charged another $50 co-pay, only to find out the appointment was incorrectly scheduled. I explained that I didn’t want to proceed with the appointment and wanted my money refunded. The doctor then told me that the allergy panel wouldn’t give me helpful information but that he saw something on my lab work that would explain why I’m getting hives—which is the only reason I agreed to continue the appointment. 3. Actual Outcome: Once inside, he admitted he did not know why I’m getting hives. He said he would "print out" my lab results for me to read myself. He told me he "thinks" I may be allergic to cats and that I need to "pinpoint" the cause myself. This is unacceptable for several reasons: • The doctor didn’t even have my lab work at the time he claimed he found something. • He changed his explanation multiple times. • I was told I would get answers if I proceeded—only to be told he actually didn’t know. • Being told to "pinpoint it myself" after seeking medical care is inappropriate and dismissive. At this point, I feel completely scammed. I was charged twice, misinformed, and given no actual medical guidance. I would like this addressed and my second co-pay refunded immediately.
After an initial unsuccessful procedure with another dermatologist, I sought a second opinion from Juliette Hoang (DNP, FNP). She is highly professional, informative, and knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns thoroughly and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate her dedication.
Are you looking to spend an inordinate amount of time in the waiting room? Then this is the practice for you! As for the medical care, I’d give them a C minus. The support staff are pretty friendly but my doctor is the kinda guy who clearly skipped any bedside manner education. I’ve nicknamed him The Wall because that’s what I feel I’m speaking to. He doesn’t see me or hear me. I’m sure he’s thinking about the next patient, his lunch break…. Literally ANYTHING but me. I’m not happy here at all. The waiting time…. Followed up by a dispassionate provider add up to a truly meh experience.
