DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Very Traumatizing Experience !! Botched Results, Zero Aftercare, and Completely Unprofessional My experience with DermaClinic and Dr. Anil was nothing short of traumatic. I trusted this clinic with my body, and instead I was left botched, in extreme pain, and completely dismissed after the fact. From the beginning, they were blowing up my phone repeatedly for the deposit. But the moment they got my money, the communication stopped. No guidance, no proper instructions, no follow-up, and no support. On the day of my procedure, I was told I would be fully numbed with local anesthesia, but that was not true. I was awake and in severe pain the entire time. I screamed, cried, and begged for help, but was ignored while the doctor kept working. The pain was so unbearable that he eventually stopped .. leaving my procedure unfinished and my body uneven and damaged. My sister could hear me screaming from the waiting area. The results were incomplete, uneven, and emotionally devastating. They did not remove the areas of fat listed on my contract, and I was left bruised, swollen, and botched, even after going over all areas of the surgery right before it all happened! The clinic never offered a revision, never apologized, and never took responsibility. The next day, when I went back for aftercare that I was told would be included, they suddenly claimed it wasn’t..leaving me on my own with no support and no explanation. I reached out to management and was told they "couldn’t help me." The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient they harmed. Another major red flag was that the clinic is allowing people without proper medical credentials to participate in procedures. When I questioned this on who my surgeon originally was Dr Pernas- discovered he didn’t have the correct credentials to perform my surgery and brought my concerns to management, I was told that the procedure was "so easy that anyone here could do it on people." That statement alone was alarming and completely unprofessional. Please make sure to verify your surgeon’s credentials and who is actually performing or assisting in your procedure .. your safety depends on it. To make things worse, I filed a dispute with my credit card Alpheon because the procedure was incomplete and improperly performed, and I provided documentation ..but, the clinic still refused to cooperate and refused to make things right. I am writing this review so no one else has to experience what I went through. I was left botched, traumatized, and ignored. Please be careful .. once this clinic gets your money, you’re on your own. They haven’t even called me for revisions knowing they destroyed my body or given my money back!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE ! Yes, I was a patient here . Look again…in your surgeries performed in August!

they stole my money 2800 giving me the run around i have talked to sooooo many people and they lie about everything. Unprofessional. They call you everyday for deposit but once you pay for the procedure they ignore all your calls. I even drove from california to Las Vegas and they were all standing around gossiping

I was so scared, worried & nervous at the beginning but Dr.Enrique Perna & all the lovely ladies in his Beauty Clinic eased my fears. Excellent experience from beginning to end. All are so caring, patient, kind & understanding. Dr. Enrique Perna was very knowledgeable & accommodating. He is excellent at what he does. He far exceeded my expectations & my results are fabulous!
