Such a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and everything was explained thoroughly. The ear cleaning process was surprisingly painless and way better than my past experience. They are also very flexible with scheduling if you are ever in need of an appointment urgently. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to go if you are having any ear pain or itching. Found out that he can also treat sinus infections and other ENT concerns. I have asthma and allergies and he also was able to prescribe me my usual medications!! Instead of going to an urgent care consider making an appointment here instead. Family owned and operated and they truly care about their patients. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they took my insurance (most insurances are accepted here!) this place is a gem in harahan!! He will also be adding red light therapy and chemical peels to his services as well!! Can’t wait to watch this business grow!!!

I was a patient of Lander's when he was at Ochsner. I initially scheduled a visit with him to get to the bottom of my pulsatile tinnitus. He was the first person to actually listen, not dismiss me, and give me all possibilities, outcomes, tests required, etc. In addition to helping me with my PT, he helped me get through a rare infection, persistent nosebleeds and several bouts of strep throat. I was so upset when I saw he left Ochsner. Finally found an exceptional provider and he was gone. Fast forward a year later and I was having severe nosebleeds (5x day, every day, for over a year) and decided to google his name. I was so relieved to see he was A. still local and B. Opened his own clinic--even better! His relatability and down-to-earth personality is what keeps me coming back. So many ENTs in the greater New Orleans area are packed, unavailable to see you for weeks. Lander is different. He's the poster child (adult?) for all ENT problems (he told me this). Because of this, he understands the urgency of the situation. He understands the frustration. He understands the ins and outs of insurance. He seems to understand it all. And get this...he treats children. So, once I found him on Google, I sent him a message through his website begging him to cauterize my nose to stop the nosebleeds. No waiting forever. No 50 million questions. No prior authorization. He *gets* it, which makes him stand above all of the rest. Go see him for yourself. Give his small business a shot. You won't regret it. I guarantee it.

Went to see Lander for an ear cleaning. He was attentive to my concerns and knowledgeable. I felt like he really listened to me and cared about what I had to say. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has questions or concerns about ear health.

Dr Coscarart and his staff are excellent at what they do— went for a wellness package and they got me glowing! Will definitely be sending friends their way!
