The staff were kind, patient and professional. I saw Peter Russo, NP. He treated me with respect and considered my comfort at all times. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left feeling relieved. My issues were properly treatment.

I always enjoy my visits at Westside Dermatology. No matter what I’m there for, the table side manners, knowledge and care are the same. Dr Peter is the BEST and always has the brightest smile. If you need a dermatologist, this is definitely the place. You will not be disappointed. I will refer family and friends for sure. Oh, I don’t want to leave out the staff who are amazing as well. They always take time to talk to me and get answers for any followup questions I may have. Thank you Westside🥰

Since I’ve been coming here, my hair has been growing back cause that’s what I came there for my hair loss. I lost my hair during Covid because I was in the hospital for two months almost and I was on a ventilator for 17 days and when I got home and washed my hair, I lost almost all of my hair in the front. It all came out. Every so often it comes out again and I have spots in the front that don’t really go back full, but it in the overall my hair is really thin comparison with my hair used to be, but the front is very very thin so I finally went to a dermatologist because I’ve tried everything pills treatments because I am a cosmetologist myself. But now I went to Westside to get some treatments and they have done wonderfully by me and my hair is growing back in the staff is phenomenal. My doctor is so wonderful. I really love her if you ever want to go to the perfect place with people that really care and they have pleasant attitude. This is the place. They really care about you and they are kind and loving I have nothing bad to say about these people and I mean even my doctor she’s such a sweet lady. I fell in love with her just because the way she care so I’m telling you you will fall in love with them just like I did.

BEWARE of this place!! I used to see Dr. Russo, but now the mid-level PAs take over. I see his son now. He’s not a doctor, but a PA. I will ask him questions sometimes about medical advice and he will give me general answers and kind of beat around the bush. (I’m a medical professional btw) I’ve gotten sutures done by him & idk if they’re botched but the healing isn’t too great. I also asked for Tretinoin generic brand one time and they refuse to give it to me. They want you to buy their $60 in house "brand" that they make… you can ask your PCP for tretinoin and they will prescribe it to you. Not sure why they are refusing generic brands, but it’s just sketchy to me. They’re really nice though, but just be mindful.

Everyone is super nice and friendly, wait time is not long and the Dr seems to truly care about your well being. They aren’t just rushing you through. I definitely recommend.

Everyone I have dealt with there has been very nice and competent. Dr Gordon is matter of fact and focused on his work. I have no complaints and feel very comfortable there.
