I personally had a very poor experience here. I had a mole removed and he quoted me $200-300 total and it ended up being $400 because he failed to mention that not only is there a lab charge but then there is another charge for reading the lab report so that's what made it go $100 over than I was told when I agreed to the procedure. Then, it turned out the shave technique he used was ineffective for the type of mole I had because when the skin healed the dark skin of the mole was still there. I was not ever told that the shave technique would have a chance of the dark skin coming back in. So now after $400 I am left not only with a mole but a scar also. Now I will have to pay someone to perform the excision technique I should have gotten done in the first place. I'd asked him about an excision at the appointment and he discouraged me from it, saying it'd leave an unnecessarily long scar. But, at least it would have been achieved the desired result! For both of my concerns, about the $100 higher cost and the mole still being there I have called the office and have never received any call back. I consistently did not receive the communication I should have from here to make informed decisions, and am ignored when I've reached out about it.

From the booking process, the front desk lady, the nurse and the Dr, everyone was so kind, friendly and sweet. Our son needed an emergency appointment and all other places wouldn't take him until September! This office worked to squeeze his appointment in so he could be seen, wait time was minimal, the staff was amazing and Dr Sean genuinely cared about getting our son better. Super grateful for their services.

I was a first time patient with a small concern. The staff was very friendly but the doctor had a very poor bedside manner. He checked out my concern and briefly explained what it was. He then walked out. He didn’t say bye or anything. Just walked out. I had to find my way to check out. He spent maybe 2 minutes with me. The interaction was very cold and he didn’t see if I had any other concerns or question. He just walked out.

Dr. McCarthy came off cold and smug. He did not seem interested in my concerns and did not offer any advice that was helpful or comforting for my ongoing condition. I felt very disappointed when I left the office. I will not be going back. The only reason I even gave two stars was because the rest of the staff was pleasant and my visit was timely and brief Update, just fyi the office never bothered to contact me, I guess they were just trying to appear compassionate

I wasn’t pleased with the service I received. The medical assistant acted like I was annoying her. She literally said "Are you finished? Because you’re not about to ask me questions all day". I didn’t ask no more than 5 questions…This isn’t something you tell someone who was just diagnosed with a skin condition. Aside from that, the front desk assistant was very helpful over the phone & in person.

Dr McCarthy throughly explained the condition plaque psoriasis.I have never been diagnosed with this condition before and didnt know much about it.The office staff was also very nice. The Dr explained treatment options throughly to me.I was nervous about having to inject myself because the topical medicine did not work but Dr Mccarthy made me feel alot better about having to do so

From the time I checked in, it was about 5 minutes and they called me back. Dr. McCarthy listened to me and my concerns and took care of it. His nurses are wonderful.
