Cone Health Allergy & Asthma Center of NC at Greensboro

Front desk or whoever answers the phone at the Greensboro location are very rude when trying to schedule. Huffy and puffing as I tried to schedule a appointment because I asked to repeat the times that were available while trying to check my schedule. I felt rushed , she act as if I was taking up her time and bothering her. I work in healthcare and have been for over ten years that is unacceptable.

My son has been a patient here for 8 years he is 9. Nicole at the front desk should not work somewhere where she has to talk to patients she is very rude and disrespectful especially infront of young children. I will change my review when she no longer works here. I asked to speak to the office manager but was told that she wasn't here and they don't know when she will be back. Then I ask someone else

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My referral from my pediatrician was never followed up on and I had to track them down. They mentioned being short staffed. When we went, with insurance the first visit was 425 dollars. They just talked to us, no testing, prescribed an inhaler. Two months later, pushed more meds but still hadn’t tested him to see what he may be allergic to. In the mean time he ended up in the pediatric ER. Last straw was sending the bill to an address 12 years old that my son never lived at and then putting us into collections. Can’t get an answer on why when we filled out paperwork, they didn’t enter the correct address we gave them. 3 hours and countless calls later we are done with this place. Go elsewhere.

Front desk staff are not friendly. Staff injecting in the back are good at what they do. Haven’t died of an allergic reaction yet so there’s that.

First initial visit very impressed. Ashley was excellent during my allergy testing & Dr Lomasney was very good explaining various stages of allergy therapy. Small office but highly efficient and quality handouts of information and welcome questions so you understand your care options. Also the doctors & staff rotate some of their locations which I like because I’m closer to than Greensboro & can see my same doctor or friendly staff member

My kids have been going here for 3 years and we've seen just about every doctor over the years. I'm very please with the care that has been giving especially over the last couple of months while my kids have been experiencing an serious allergic reaction to something. No matter how many times I called and messaged them on mychart they replied promptly and were always happy to help! Everyone really made me feel welcomed from the receptionist to the nurses! I really recommend Dr.Yoon & Petal! I can't thank them enough!!!!
