Oak Street Health Greensboro Primary Care Clinic

My first time visiting Oak Street Health was back in June 16th, 2025. I meet my new doctor Syed Asad Shah so far everything is going well at this time I have only seen him twice i am please so far but I need to see if I can ask for more assistance with some other things that is going on in my life. I'm looking forward to seeing him again real soon.

Like Dr. Shah. . Knowledgeble. Kind. Efficient with record keeping and sending visit run down with patient information home with patient. (A few weeks ago, had real problem getting refil in an emergency situation.Wish it was easier to get request for meds in an emergency. Would not interrupt dr to give message. Had to have friend drive me all the way over to the office near closing, tried all day. Dr Shah still there, saw me, got meds ordered just in time - was going to emergency room next, as answering service told me I'd have to do, since they wouldn't interrupt the Dr's schedule with other patients to call in my refill. Was life snd death situation for me.)

The staff and my doctor is super at their job. I didn't have any problem at all getting in to see Ms. Shannon Stowe right way due to the fact that I got sick with a really bad cold the day after Thanksgiving and I was able to be seen right away on Tuesday morning with no problem at all. Thanks 🙏🏽to all you so very much at Oak Street Health.

Made an appointment to oak street health yesterday and they are a very nice health care facility that takes care of patients am very HAPPY with the results of how well they treated me today

Excellent principal provider. Thorough and communicative. Support staff very attentive and encouraging.. Appointment easy to schedule and ongoing communication smooth.
