As a recent graduate and esthetician student, my experience here has been truly rewarding. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to helping us build confidence in our hands on skills. I felt encouraged every step of the way, and I appreciated the balance between theory and practical training. I’m grateful for the foundation this school has given me as I begin my career in esthetics. I highly recommend it to anyone pursuing the beauty industry.

My time at this academy has helped me grow a lot as an individual and soon to be esthetician. You learn about how the skin functions and all other correlating body systems that can make a huge impact on the skin. Since our time goes by fast, you are expected to keep up with trends, study as much as you can, and continue your education outside of school. Nikki is an excellent owner and leader for her school because she cares a lot for the students and holds high expectations. The instructors are also up to date and help you whenever you need their help. If you’re someone who fears you will fail or get nervous, I can assure you that you will overcome it all. You’re going to also get a lot of work to do in class and we get regular tests so be prepared for that. Honestly, nothing was hard because your textbook explains everything you need to know. Information will be repeated over and over again for it to glue to your mind. What really pushed me was having a positive attitude and taking things day by day. I asked A LOT of questions and was never ashamed to do so. My classmates were pretty great too since we all supported one another. You’re going to touch upon heavy information such as electricity, anatomy and physiology, and sometimes you may have to spend your weekends going over information just to refresh it. You need to take things with a grain of salt and start your journey at this school so you can kickstart your future. I’m sad school is over! It was an amazing time!

Over the last few years I had been dreaming about going to school to become an esthetician. It was something I always put on the back burner- until I saw a post from NC Skincare Academy on instagram. The content made me feel inspired and motivated. Everyday I am so thankful I chose this school for my esthetician journey. I recently graduated from NC Skincare Academy and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. I chose to attend on a whim after feeling lost with college, career choices and overall not knowing how to pursue life. That last minute decision changed everything and set me on a path to becoming a successful esthetician. The instructors are truly amazing, so very supportive and helpful throughout the class. Ms Nikki, Ms Hannah and Ms Nora are all extremely knowledgeable and are very passionate to help students succeed. The curriculum is well structured, up to date and the hands-on experience and day to day schedule prepares you for the real world beauty industry. I felt welcomed and encouraged every step of the way. If you are serious about starting a career in esthetics, NC Skincare Academy is the place to go.

Now that i’ve graduated and finish school I can confidently say Nc Skincare Academy was the best choice i’ve made! All the instructors are amazing and patient. They are willing to take time with you 1 on 1 to help with any services you feel behind on. The demo’s were so thorough and questions were always answered. The atmosphere was AMAZING, I truly believed i’ve made lifelong connections.

The BEST school hands down! The teachers are amazing!!! Very knowledgeable about everything and passionate about your success. You will learn so much! Class sizes are smaller which I loved because its more personal & allows you to learn more. You will be very prepared for your boards as long as you take it serious and pay attention while you’re in class. You will not regret going to this school!
