I may be Dr. Gray’s daughter, but I have also seen Dena Anderson… and she is absolutely amazing!! Both my father and Dena take their time with their patients. The whole entire office is full of compassionate and caring employees!! Bedside manner is absolutely outstanding. I come in sometimes, and go through the front door if my dad doesn’t see my texts. The desk staff always treats me with love! I notice when I walk through the waiting area that the waiting room isn’t packed. Something I hate in Greensboro medical waiting rooms is the long wait times for appointments. When I had appointments with Dena she was never behind! Sherri Boothe, their office manager, is also such an amazing person! She has a lovely personality and is very intelligent in what she does, as well as Dena and Arthur. I wouldn’t post a review if my father was a terrible dermatologist, I promise! I do hear the coworker tea at home so I know Lupton is full of wonderful employees!! My dad’s direct team, Amanda and Sierra, are so sweet! They’re so helpful, and my father speaks very highly of them when he comes home. I have never had any work done with them, although I can tell that they’re very good at their jobs! I recommend Lupton Dermatology to everyone I meet! I’ve also talked to other people in the medical field who know who my father is, even though they’ve never been to Lupton. They all highly recommend him and Dena to their patients because of the talk through the grapevine in the medical community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I added some pictures of my family to show you my father’s work! I had a procedure done today and was extremely nervous going in, but Dena was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, thorough, and patient, and she took the time to talk me through the entire process. She kept my attention away from what was making me anxious and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It truly was an amazing experience, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. I’m so grateful for her compassion and professionalism and highly recommend her to anyone!

The kindest people, from front desk to doctors … all interested in their patient’s health and wellbeing. Very professional. We are long-time patients of Dena, and very happy with the excellent care we receive. She is a lovely person, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough.

I had an amazing experience with Kelli Sheffield, PA as well as her medical assistant. From the moment she walked in, she was very welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. She truly listened to all of my concerns and took her time explaining everything in a way I could understand. What stood out the most was how she educated me about African American skin and addressed my specific needs with care and respect. She was truly a breath of fresh air. I will absolutely be returning and I plan to recommend her to everyone I know. If you are looking for a dermatologist who listens, cares, and makes you feel seen, she is the one.

I have been going to this office when it was still family owned. Dr. Lupton handled my malignant melanoma with professionalism and made me feel like everything would be ok and it was! Since he retired, I can say I have continued to feel the kindness and warmth at this office. They are punctual and professional. Could not ask for a better place to have my yearly screenings!

Great experience. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and experts at what a Dermatology office performs. So good to see Kelli Sheffield again as she is a fantastic provider at Lupton Dermatology. Extremely recommend.

I had an appointment on 12/29/25 with Dr. Pesci. I got a call saying that she was out on leave before my appointment. The person on the phone rescheduled me for Dr. Pesci on 01/20/26. I then received an automated reminder call giving me the old appointment. I called but got an automated service that confirmed the new appointment on 01/20/26. I checked my portal and the appointment was also the new one on 01/20/26 with Dr. Pesci. I went to my appointment on 01/20/26, gave my name and time to the desk, and was told I didn't have an appointment because Dr. Pesci no longer works there and that I had been sent messages. The only messages I received were the ones I stated previously. The lady at the desk however was apologetic and nice. Apparently, their system does not work properly, or someone forgot to do their job properly. Whatever the case, there are plenty of other dermatologist offices in Greensboro, so I will be going somewhere else for my skin care. I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend it.
