Dr Drew is great. We have been a patient for years. He is thorough, has a good eye to catch problems and good at what he does. He has good patient care and a sense of humor. His nurses are always friendly, knowledgeable and do a good job. Sometimes the up front policies and customer service are not the best. Most of the time the service upfront is good. The office is very clean, modern and well lit.

Quite surprised at the negative reviews. Dr. Dan Jones is nothing short of professional, exceptionally skilled at his craft, and delightful. His calm and steady way of doing things allayed any fears I had concerning the process and procedure, only to be followed up by the expertise, with pleasant and welcoming demeanor, of Dr. Goodrich. And all of this through the welcoming and reassuring behavior of the ladies at the front line, who made sure to follow-up with me and assist me in getting where I had to go.

This was honestly a frustrating experience. I’ve never spoken to an intake person who seemed so hesitant to help schedule an appointment. The whole conversation felt like I was being talked out of booking rather than welcomed as a new patient. It genuinely came across as if new patients weren’t wanted/welcomed, which was disappointing, I would look elsewhere, they don't need new business.

Dr Dan Jones has been my dermatologist for many years and has always provided superior care. He takes the time to listen and explains everything in detail. I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

I had an appointment for 9am. My doctor was Susan. I can’t remember her last name but the last time I had seen her was about a yeah and a half ago. Everything was going good as usual but I noticed that she was talking over me twice and did not acknowledge what I was saying and I mumble, it’s like talking to a brick wall." She snapped her head directly at me and said I heard you I’m doing something right now as she got all shakey, with her lips and hands quivering quickly. She said, "I'm trying to help you." Talking down to me. I noticed how unhinged she was so I asked her what her name was again and she got even more irritated with me shakenly saying, "you don’t know my name? You’ve seen me three times and you don’t know my name?" Like she’s some kind of god. I’m supposed to remember her name after over a year since the last time I’ve seen her. She told me her name. I stood up to leave and then sat back down to say sorry for what I’ve said. When I went to say’ Susan I am sorry for what I said." She screams at me and says "don’t call me Susan." And I continued to apologize three times. She angrily says, "now you calling me Susan on purpose" I’m like wow you know what we aren’t getting anywhere. She’s clearly unstable. Me and my wife had walked out. She was very very unprofessional and unhinged. She needs to be evaluated for a mental disability or something she is beyond Insane. And I will never go back.

I called to make an appointment for my husband and they refused to speak with me. They claimed HIPAA was the issue, although I am on all of his paperwork. It was ridiculous.

Not sure of the Dr.'s and their service. I didn't get that far. The appointment scheduler mut be having a bad day, was not very pleasant. I asked a couple of questions and she asked me to stop speaking over her. When your first contact with a new Dr.'s Office or company starts off with a rude experience. It's very difficult to spent your hard earned money there.
