I have been a patient of Dr. Lupton for more than a decade. He is professional, courteous and friendly. His office is helpful with regards to appointments and medication refills. I refer him to friends when the occasion occurs, and I do not hesitate to do so. He definitely is able to help my skin problems.

Lately when I go to my appointment, I’m finding myself waiting longer and longer to be seen. Yesterday my appointment was at 10:30 in which they tell me to arrive at 10:15. I wasn’t even called back until 11:05. Which messed me up with my next appointment! Also the doctor who saw me, Mrs Black was in my room for 30 seconds and told me what to do. She has her mind made up before she even speaks to you about what’s wrong and that is not good. She doesn’t take the time to see what’s going on with you. It’s time to look for a new doctor I guess!

Not the most pleasant experience I've had. Post operation, medical assistant not very helpful or commucative. Also, Dr. Lupton's always seems anxious to move on to his next patient without concern for any other concerns the current patient might have.

I am very pleased with my 1st visit with your office. I am very much satisfied with Dr. Dana. On a visit last year with another dermatologist in another facility, the doctor stood about 4ft from me and diagnosed my issues. She did not touch me to check me. I showed her what I was having issues with but she never put her hands on me. Therefore I am pleased with Lupton Dermatology. Thank you.

First time at this clinic for a skin issue. The staff was friendly and personable. Only negative was that the PA who took my biopsy didn't communicate well about what she was about to do, leading to a painful surprise when the needle was first inserted.

I started seeing Dr. Lupton about 17 years ago. He was back then one of the nicest doctors I had met in a long time. His bedside manner was wonderful. When he came in the room he made you feel as though you were his only patient. Back then his nurse would always do a full body exam for anything that might not look right. Skin cancers. He and his whole entire staff were alway's so wonderful. I loved him. I guess back then he was building his patient base. After many years of being a very faithful patient, I fell on some pretty rough years. I was going through one of the worst financial times of my life, and I had for the first time in my life lost my health insurance, as many of us did and have. ALL of my doctors continued to see me. They helped lower my prescription cost, and worked out through cone health to lower my bills, and to pay what I could. I did owe Dr. Lupton's office 80.00 or so which I could not for the life of me manage to pay. One afternoon, I get a phone call from a lady in his office informing me that I was no longer a patient of Dr. Lupton's office. I was fired!!! Thank God I eventually recovered. Got a good job, and good benefits, and reluctantly decided to give him another chance. I made my appt. I got there early, and upon check in I was told, ready for this? That I would have to pay a NEW PATIENT FEE of 125.00 OUT OF POCKET. To be his patient again. WHAT??? plus whatever my insurance didn't cover. So, right about here is where I should have walked, but I didn't. Simce then I have been there twice, and let me tell you his staff has become soooo rude , they will leave you sitting for an hour or more and they really don't care. His nurse does not do a full body exam, she told me that if I had to have more than two moles or anything, removed at one visit that I would have to reschedule because he will only do two procedures per appointment. $$$$$Cha Ching. He as best I have counted books in about 7 patients per hour, maybe more. His bed side manner sucks, his entire staff sucks, and I as a 17 year patient of his DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone ever going to this office. You will regret it. I know I do...But, that's just my two cent's.

I have been to Lupton Dermatology for a total of three appointments this year. I have spent a total of 2 1/2 hours in their waiting room for appointments that last 5mins each. The most recent 9am appointment I waited for 50 mins before I was brought back to a room, after being brought back I was told "hopefully it will not be much longer". They have provided worst customer experience I have ever had in a medical facility, which is quite impressive. I will not be returning.
