My appointment was with Dr. M. Adams. I was quite pleased with her care and her attention to my needs. As a first time patient, I left feeling both seen and heard and with confidence in the plan put in place for my needs. Dr Adams and Katie left a very good impression and I'm feeling good about my decision to seek care at Brassfield Dermatology, I thank both of them for great care. I reserve the 5 star for the future!

I had a wonderful experience with Frank Ferritto today. From the moment I walked in, all of the team members were incredibly personable and took the time to truly get to know me—not just rush through the appointment. My provider, listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. I really appreciated how educational and thorough the visit was. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment at Brassfield can be difficult due to their answering system. That is the only negative. The staff is friendly and my appointment with Melanie Adams was very helpful. She is compassionate and her concern for her patients is obvious. She is insightful and thinks outside the box. I left the appointment feeling quite positive about my treatment plan. Overall "A" rating.

Finally, a dermatology practice that takes the time to listen and takes complete care of their patients. So glad that I came to Brassfield Dermatology for a second opinion today. The practitioner was thorough, attentive, made a point to connect with me and had my best interest at heart. He suggested that we schedule an appointment to remove my cyst as soon as possible and I was able to schedule this immediately! I definitely felt like I was in capable and knowledgeable hands today. Thank you!

My experience was very positive. The nurse was very friendly and patient. Dr. Adams was very thorough and made sure everything checked out. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Dr. Adams was absolutely great! I have not had a good experience with previous dermatologists and was weary of this appointment going the same way! She was the best and her assistant was very kind also. I did not feel rushed at all. She listened to all of my concerns and discussed different options that would work best for my acne and for my current lifestyle. Could not recommend her more!!

As a new patient I couldn't be happier. From checking in to checking out, the whole visit deserves a 5 star review. The ladies at reception are friendly, patient and good at what they do; the nurse who greeted me inside, Rosie was a sweetheart and Dr. Melanie was superb. She asked the right questions, listened carefully and was helpful with her recommendations. Looking forward to my follow up appointment in 8 weeks. Now my husband wants to see my doctor too. Thank you for making me feel welcome, comfortable and cared for during my first visit.
