Mountain West Dermatology: Paul Amy Y DO

Let me tell you why I gave Dr. Paul a 5 Star Review. Her qualifications speak for themselves. So, I’m not going to bore you with the details of her 21 years of experience. What I would like to share is my perception. Right off the bat, I noticed her humility, which is humbling in itself. I observed her benevolence, her grace and her warmth. I couldn’t wait to get home to tell my my life partner about Dr. Paul. And when I did, he said; share her contact information with me. I went into my den to get my phone and by the time I got back with my glasses in hand, he said; I already got it.

My experience has not been very good with this affiliation. There’s a few girls that act like they are too good for their job and are rather rude. Since my experience at checkout was so horrible, I canceled future appointments and the girls at check out didn’t follow through with the cancellation, so they charged me for a no show. When calling to get it worked out, again the girls acted like they were too good for their job and thought it was funny and told me that it was my fault I didn’t show up. There’s other dermatologists around, no need in wasting your time on people that are going to treat you poorly.
