Epiphany Dermatology

I don’t trust what I’m told by office staff. I won’t return here and would recommend looking elsewhere for care. I am frustrated because when I called in to set an appointment, I was told I am an established patient in their system. I chose to move forward with the visit BECAUSE I understood I’d be billed as an established patient. I was charged as a new patient. When talking to the office staff afterward, they offered no reconciliation for their mistake. The office manager told me the price difference between established and new patients is only $20-30. Then he said established patients are charged about $280. I understand insurance pay outs are different for each plan, but his estimations were not even close. After being seen for five minutes, I was charged $362. Obviously, I’ll pay the claim to do my part to be honest, but I won’t return because they were not honest. If you decide to go there, make sure to clarify what you’ll be charged.

The woman doctor who I see is super nice and her assistants as well. The front desk people aren’t really pleasant. The lady who called to reschedule my appointment because I have Covid seemed annoyed the whole conversation. I think her name was Jessica or something of the sort.

New patient at Epiphiany Derm this year. Felt very welcomed and listened to re skin issues I have. Britany was very thorough and shared several tips. She had me come back after 6 weeks to make sure the precancerous spots she treated had healed. Wonderful Derm office!

Wonderful experience! The ladies up front were friendly & welcoming. Brianne is amazing and made me feel comfortable during my entire appointment! She talked me through everything she did and gave me answers to a couple of issues that I had no idea about. Thank you for making this a great experience for me! !

The Epiphany Dermatology has the nicest, kindest, friendliest people that you will ever meet in a medical facility. I so appreciate all the help they have given me. B. Harper is so wonderful. I feel very comfortable in her care! And, apparently so do my friends! I’ve talked to three people who also like her!

The doctor and staff were very nice and seem to know what they're doing. I didn't have to wait very long, and I was in and out in no time at all. Time will tell if the prescription for my rosacea helps.
