Exceptional Dermatology Care

I’ve been coming to Exceptional Dermatology since I was a kid with my mother, and the level of care has always lived up to the name. Although Dr. Sire has retired, the doctors who have taken over are just as skilled and attentive as he was. The entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. Dr. Yuan, in particular, takes the time to explain every procedure and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. You never feel rushed, which is something that truly sets this office apart from many others. Exceptional Dermatology continues to provide the same outstanding care I've trusted for years, and I highly recommend them.

I was not a very good patient yesterday, but Dr Sire, Emily, and Alicia helped me with my nervousness, uncertainty, and fears with great professionalism, support, and love. They went way beyond their regular duties to help me accomplish the procedure. I am forever grateful.

I highly recommend Dr. Amy Nguyen and her team here. She is meticulous and skillful and places priority not only on results but my comfort and pain level as well. She has great bedside manner and communication. I have seen many dermatologists to address a persistent skin issue over the years, and she’s the first to significantly improve it. I’m so grateful and have the utmost respect for her.

During my first visit last February, I was treated with urgency even without an appointment. The receptionist was kind enough to squeeze me in when I told her about my problem. That was highly remarkable. When I got in, Dr Yuan and the nurse were so sympathetic and sincere in attending to me. It was a heart warming experience. My subsequent visits were equally great and got relieved from my symptoms which I have been suffering for more than 6 months already! God bless to this team 🙏 and more power to you all.

Called today to schedule an appointment. Immediately got placed on hold. Sure no problem. The lady returns to the phone and asks how can she help. She answered 1 of my questions and quickly says please hold. Then comes back and said let me call you back in a few minutes, I have too many people calling in and have to answer there calls. I guess they skip the people who called before and answer the calls from people calling in after me? Well a few minutes has passed. Its actually been 4 hours since I called and not a return call. The good reviews have me wondering, because this is my first encounter experience. I normally don't write many reviews, but this one was needed to be addressed.

They provide excellent care, friendly, and efficient. MD is wonderful as are all the staff I met.

I love this place! Everyone is sooo kind and their name really says it all "EXCEPTIONAL"!!! My Doctor Amy Nguyen is AMAZING! She even called me to find out how I was doing!! Who does that?? She actually listens to you and takes her time!! I highly recommend her!! Best dermatologist ever!! Love her!!
