Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills

Our experience with Dermaesthetics has been disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend pursuing certification or bringing their line into your spa. ( unfortunately if I could I would give 0 stars) It’s been over a year and a half since we took the course and paid more than $2,000, yet we have never received our certification despite reaching out multiple times. We were told multiple times it would be looked into and Later it was emailed. This was untrue. We were told Feb 20,2025 it was emailed. Nothing July 16th 2025 Our last text attempt was completely ignored—no response at all. After the course, we spent additional money to bring in their product line and start offering the treatments. Shortly afterward, they changed one of the main products to a different version that costs more while giving you less product, which really affected our pricing and planning. We performed several treatments and did not see the level of results that had been promised to us. To give it a fair chance, we even started offering the service for free to clients in exchange for feedback and content so we could market it better. Every single client told us they would not pay for the treatment because they didn’t notice enough improvement to justify the cost. That was extremely discouraging after such a big investment of time and money. It took us a while to write this review because we genuinely hoped the company would respond and resolve things privately, especially regarding the missing certification. Instead, we were essentially ghosted. Based on our experience, I would strongly suggest staying away, doing thorough research, and looking into other lines before committing your money and your spa’s reputation. A big loss for us but a valuable lesson learned.

Love their products & the staff is super helpful 👌. Have my products on auto-ship which I would suggest. Since they're only open Mon-Fri from 9-5 (closed from 12-1 fir lunch) unfortunately not open on the weekends.

I had email Dermaesthetic Beverly Hills agent named Jackie Chang. She never replied back to me if I could have gotten a replacement for the item that I had ordered that got stolen. I already had emailed proof to you and to USPS. I still haven’t received my refund until now, or any response back. I emailed her on May 27 2025. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Won’t ever buy again. Thanks for nothing!

Love this skincare line! Lincoln is so knowledgeable and explains why everything works. Also love how the products make my skin feel. Dermaesthetics has a family feel and I love how they take the holistic approach but also back up all their products with science and research! They are family owned and are doing what they love unlike money hungry corporations that put bandaids over skin issues instead of solving them!

I LOVE DERMAESTHETICS! I have been using their line of products for over a year and have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin's overall appearance and health. (The anti pollution foxfire serum is my favorite to use in the morning.) The customer service and staff at Dermaesthetics are also great to work with and I highly recommend this beauty company!

I could not recommend DBH enough! Their products are absolutely amazing and have transformed my skin. I feel confident in my skincare routine because of their science backed approach to skincare! As an Esthetican in training I admire their focus on evidence based education and am so excited to continue learning from them in the future!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful my experience with DBH and their staff has been this past year. From an educational perspective, they are passionate about sharing proper knowledge on not just their products but also client safety. They have been beyond helpful in answering my questions about becoming a solo esthetician. I buy into this product not just for their product integrity/quality but because of the evident heart and soul they pour into their partnership experience. I will continue to confidently recommend their products, education and expertise to both my clients and fellow estheticians!
