Avanti Skin Center of Willow Bend

This is my second time visiting Aventi Skin Care, and once again I had a great experience. I had a Laser Genesis treatment and it was very effective. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I saw an immediate difference in my skin— it feels tighter and smoother, and my fine lines are disappearing. I’m very happy with the results!

I’ve been coming to Avanti for monthly custom facials since my first pregnancy, and now again with my second and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The entire team is incredibly caring, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. They always make me feel relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. This was my first visit to Avanti! I am amazed at all of the different services they offer. The atmosphere was relaxing, the costs were reasonable and the staff knowledgeable! Kenzie was my esthetician and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!!

The facial was wonderful but due to earlier customer's delay, thus delay in setup I was taken into room about 10 mins late and due to steamer being broken and the room being too cold another 10 mins were wasted in adjusting. Though the treatment went 6 mins over time, overall massage time was reduced by 14 or so minutes. No fault of the staff, but equipment and booking time management can be done better. This is the second time I had to wait, the first time was not too bad but yesterday's lost time is not acceptable. Been a regular customer for three years now, only experienced this now, thus overall happy with the service!

I did not make it to the appointment and I forgot to notify them. They took care of rescheduling without any problems or any resentment. Everyone over here is very welcoming. They understand and educate you about your skin and don’t recommend any unnecessary treatment or product. I loved the work Irelynn did on me yesterday. Thank you so much and I appreciate your work.

My daughter and I have been coming here for several years and everyone here is amazing and always does incredible work! Our skin always looks great afterwards!!! The customer service is top-notch and they are friendly along with being helpful!! Definitely recommend this place!!!
