Been here twice and my first appointment was pleasant; no wait for checking in and didn't wait long to get called into the room or for the nurse and doctor to come in the room. All the staff were nice and calm. The interior of the clinic is nice. The chairs are comfy and the curtains in the rooms are long and appealing. Also, both times they had good movies on in the lobby.

The provider was wonderful—very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel cared for. The quality of service once I was seen was excellent. However, my experience at the front desk felt a bit unwelcoming. A warmer greeting would really improve the overall experience. I would still recommend this office for the care itself.

Having no paper forms is ridiculous!! My 83 year old mother couldn't see or read anything of the forms she was signing. This stressed her. Not acceptable. No one should be REQUIRED to download an app to visit a Dr's office. If anyone I care for should get referred here, I will strongly recommend that they get a referral to a different organization. The woman was dealing with at the front desk should have a refresher in patient care. She cared not. The gentleman was very nice. The ladies we saw were also pleasant. Wait time was reasonable. We were definitely the only ones that took issue with the forms app.

This was my first visit, and it was okay. I went at the recommendation of someone else I was seeing for an issue I was having. Unfortunately, the PA didn’t do what I needed from the referral, but she was on the same page as my other provider in regards to my diagnosis. My other issue was with payment. I went in when they opened and the assistant who handles the billing wasn’t there until after 8am, but wanted me to drive back after I got home to bring in a card. I live thirty minutes away, which is kind of far and inconsiderate. I asked if I could give her my cc over the phone which she said no, I had to go in person. I asked twice about payment when I was there so that’s of course not fair to me. Instead of driving I added my card online and messaged the billing team through their app. The MA that helped me room and the PA were friendly, but some of the other stuff weren’t as warm and welcoming. This was my first visit and I wasn’t sure how things work there, so future tip would be have a little more transparency about billing for new clients/patients.

Friendly employees. Everything went along fast and smoothly. The doctor was amazing! I have to be referred to general surgery because of the location of my lipomas but the doctor made sure to ask me if there were any other problems or questions that I had. We talked for a quick minute and just like that, I'm now being taken care of. I sure am glad that I came here today. 😁

NP Parmeet Singh was very thorough. She took time to explain the diagnosis & treatment options. She did not rush. Showed compassion. Appt was at 2:30pm, my son had been seen and received treatment and we were out of there at 3 o’clock. Very professional!

I had my first appointment with Parmeet regarding a recurring cyst under my right arm that I’ve been dealing with since December 2024. Urgent care previously drained it but did not remove the sac, which caused the issue to continue coming back. After being approved for surgery in October 2025, I was told by another surgery center they couldn’t perform the procedure until April 2026. Because this has been an ongoing and painful issue, my primary doctor referred me here. I met with Parmeet in November 2025. She explained that they only perform procedures once a month and suggested I wait for the April surgery elsewhere instead of proceeding with her office. Due to how long I’ve already been dealing with this, I chose to move forward and scheduled my procedure with Parmeet. Shortly after, her office called attempting to cancel my appointment, but I declined because I didn’t want to continue delaying treatment. My appointment was confirmed for January 7, 2026. On January 2, 2026, I received a call stating there were issues with my insurance authorization, even though my authorization does not expire until March 2026. I was then told my appointment had to be canceled and pushed back to February 2026. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. When you’re dealing with a recurring medical issue that affects your daily comfort and quality of life, being repeatedly delayed and discouraged from care is very discouraging. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I expected better communication and advocacy from a provider I was referred to for help. She also said she can refill my antibiotics prescription for my arm until the procedure but it’s been difficult trying to get refills. They don’t even return my calls anymore !
