I came into the front desk to a very courteous and processional welcoming. I am a returning patient, but I had to submit paperwork to update my information. What made it convenient about completing the paperwork, was that an electronic form was linked to my appointment confirmation. That made it so simple! When I showed up to the appointment, all of that information had been received. Once I was called in to the consultation room, I had a friendly person asking me about my reason for the visit. As soon as she was done, Dr. Tu came in. She is an experience doctor, very to the point, but thorough. She continued to do the procedure, and left the room, but not before she gave me after care instructions on how to prevent scarring. I was paying out of pocket, and it was definitely money well spent. Great experience!!

It was my first time here and the staff is so nice. The Dr is so patient and she listens without rushing you trying to get you out. There's nothing like going to a Drs office and everyone having good customer service. So i had my second visit and i just love how nice they are in the office and how the Dr is not rushing to get you out she takes her time and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. She also doesnt mind if you ask about something else even if thats not what you are there for unlike other Drs who say no come back again if you have questions on something else!

I was politely greeted and welcomed! Office is very clean and spacious. Check in and registration was fast and easy! Wait time was no longer than 20mins. The service provided were very helpful. I had no issues with my experience at West Dermatology Fresno.

This doctor's office runs so efficiently, I was in shock. We arrived for our appointment, were taken back to a room, the doctor came in and did the procedure and sent us on our way all in less than 15 minutes! This was our second visit here and the first visit was equally as quick. We have had a great experience so far. I give them 5 stars without a doubt. Great job guys! Thanks !!

They were completely unprepared for my visit. After I sat in the exam room for 15 minutes, the PA came in and said that her charts weren't filled. This was supposed to be a follow up for a specific issue plus a full annual exam. She said that they were short staffed. They had no nitrogen available to freeze lesions. She then offered to cancel this appointment and reschedule after another month. Think I'm done with this office. I drive 45 minutes to get here.

I loved that WE did not have to wait in the waiting area for a long time. I believe it was like a 5 minute wait and the doctor was also in to see us right away. I told my husband he needs to drop his doctor and go to your place. His doctor is a one hour wait in the waiting area and another 30 minutes in the room before the doctor comes in

I had the MOST pleasant experience as Doctor Jennifer was so efficient; gentle; humble and kind.... She relieved all my fears about my "spots" and her assistant Misty was also very outgoing; friendly and puts a person right at ease.... I am referring my brother and Mom to go as well! Thank you West Dermatology. Great job!
