Krista and Aleah were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Krista was probably the most knowledgeable dermatologist I’ve ever spoken with—and given my long history with skin issues, that says a lot! She was so patient and took the time to explain things to me, even issues I’ve had for years that no dermatologist or PA has ever cared enough to clarify before. I truly felt heard and cared for during my visit. Even though it was an end-of-day appointment, I never felt rushed. Krista listened, provided thoughtful care, and shared her expertise in a way that made me feel both comfortable and informed. I didn’t have to advocate for myself like I sometimes do elsewhere—she simply listened and gave me the answers and care I needed. I would happily come back to Krista for the rest of my life. She was wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the time and care she put into my appointment. It was such a pleasant experience, and I left feeling truly thankful

Doctor is great. Poor experience when checking in. My wife and I were both told our appointments were canceled. Neither one of us canceled and the office showed us no proof that we did. We drove about 40 minutes to get to the office. The office manager tried to be helpful and found another appointment where one of us could be seen. We had to wait 30 minutes beyond that appointment time. Dr Fox was amazing and saw both of us for enough time to resolve both our problems. It was just a very bad day. Let’s blame it on AI.

First full body skin exam on Tuesday morning. Greeted by Wednesday who checked me in and had me laughing along with a patient saying it was "Pre-Wednesday" pointing to her. Krista and her Medical Assistant were awesome. Communicated well and thorough. Overall a very pleasant and positive experience. Highly recommend.

I loved the ability to get right in to see Dr. Fox as I was needing to be seen quickly as I have an allergic reaction to surgical glue due to a recent surgical procedure. Dr. Fox is very knowledgable and prescribed a medication that I know will help. His confidence made me feel confident and that put me at ease immediately Pinnacle Dermatology also has a great staff. I highly recommend this practice. I got my prescription and I’m on my way to feeling great again! Thank you Dr. Fox!

I was a new patient today at Pinnacle Dermatology. I was very impressed from check-in to check-out. The front office ladies were kind and efficient. Krista Webber was fantastic! She was thorough and ensured that all my questions were answered before my leaving. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Fox and Katherine are the BEST! They put you at ease. Explain everything very clearly. Big smiles on both of there faces ever time I go in. I’m having radiation done on my nose and leg.
