Framingham Dermatology

Staff (Olivia, Nicole) has been great but Liz at the front desk was incredibly gruff and unpleasant. While I liked the medical provider, I will not come back as long as this person is at the front desk.

I love the doctors and most of the front desk people but one in particular. I’ve been going to this place for years. Liz at the front desk was very rude! Asked her about my son’s medication that I originally had called in a couple days back and it was already sent to the pharmacy but didn’t bother to check just repeated what the person told me on the first call. Asked her to make sure the doctor got the information so I could go to the pharmacy asap. She was very inpatient and dry with her answers without bothering to check even if it was done already. Had to get another person to talk to me like a normal human being and actually check on the order. This could’ve been avoided if she did her job and actually checked!

The receptionist Nelli is a good listener, patient, and kind. It’s always nice to hear such a pleasant voice on the phone and in person. Dr. Morgan and her medical assistant Peyton are the absolute best. They listen to any questions or concerns I may have and explain everything very thoroughly. I have eczema and she has a great treatment plan for me that has been helping. Definitely book an appointment with her if you haven’t already!

I brought my daughter here today for a follow up appt. She saw Nicole, one of the PAs. She was great!! Very helpful and even looked at another concern, besides the one we were there for. I would definitely recommend coming to Framingham Dermatology for any skin/hair issues. The staff is wonderful and the office is clean, bright and welcoming. Thank you again Nicole!! 🙂

Unfortunately, my experience with this dermatology clinic was very disappointing today. The phone service was extremely poor. The receptionist Galie( I don't know if I wrote correct her name)was rude, impatient, and unprofessional, constantly interrupting me and showing no willingness to help. I expected respectful and courteous service, but I was met with indifference and a lack of basic customer care from the very first interaction. It’s unfortunate, as this reflects poorly on the entire clinic. I don't come back there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I could not be more pleased with the level of care provided my husband and the professionalism of the doctor, and staff. My husband was tended to by Nicole who is a PA. My husband had a serious situation and she worked very deligently to find the answer. Highly recommended them.

Framingham Dermatology is a great place. They gave me a appointment fast when all the places was booking 6-8 mo. out The staff there are great . Nicole is fantastic, she cares and it shows. She breaks everything down to you so that you completely understand what's going on and what your options are.
