I see Dr. Durando. She is easy to talk to, takes her time to explain things. She and her staff are great. I never have to wait long. If my appointment is 3 pm, then I am called back to see doctor shortly thereafter. The office is very good at reminding patients about appointments. I can check in at home which also saves time. The doctor and staff make it as stress free as possible.

Saw Ms Gina Petracco today. She was very pleasant and thorough during my body exam. Happy to have found a new provider. Would highly recommend! Front desk staff was great as well. Very nice office.

I got to your office super early cause I lost my Medicare card and Maria at the front desk was an angel and walked me through how to get a copy for my records above and beyond. Also, I saw Laura Taylor and Mimi and as usual they are fantastic never have. I had any nurse nurses or assistance be as respectful and knowledgeable as those two ladies.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. From the moment you enter her office, you are in a welcoming and caring environment. Dr. Bence-Franco takes the time to listen, clearly explains everything, and ensures you feel comfortable throughout the visit. Her professionalism is complemented by her warmth, making each appointment a positive experience. Thanks to her expertise, I feel confident knowing I’m in excellent hands. I also want to express my gratitude to Tyra, who greets everyone with such warmth and kindness. Her friendly demeanor makes you feel as though you've known her for years. Thank you.
