Fort Myers SPA & wellness

The facial was given in a warehouse in the back and the lights were on the whole time. No arm and hand massage while the mask is on. Basically, no face massage at all. No heated mat and I had to ask for a blanket after freezing for the first 20 minutes. Then they sit you in the chair and spend time trying to sell you on there absurdly expensive light machine. That is there "anti-aging facial" in the ad and nothing else that is in the add actually happens. At least not the Edison Mall location but instead a front for them to sell you on their machine. So if it's a relaxing spa treatment you're looking for, this is not the place for you. A positive was that when I shared how I felt with the salesperson, she comped my service. However, I would have rather had a terrific experience at a place I could go back to again.

The atmosphere is great and the team is fantastic. I absolutely love the collagen facial with Veronica. It is always relaxing and I walk out looking younger and with a glow. I have been using the device they sell for several months and can see a great difference around my eyes and neck.

I truly enjoy my facial with Samara, but they offer me a "special facial " with blue light that never happened. I just got a regular standard facial for 40 minutes for $90, then the catch is that they put you through talk to the manager and she trying very hard to upselling you a package with a blue light equipment, other products, monthly facials for $150 each, total package $3600 . I didn't came to this place to pay almost $4000.n I came here today because they promoted a facial with a blue light included that never happened, just and standard facial for 40 minutes for $90. Please don't deceive people with false promotions, that is not a legit type of business.

I don’t want to butcher her name but the lady that did my facial is from Brazil. Enjoyed my facial immensely. She explained each product as she did my facial. Met with "Mickey" after my facial. Explained the process of getting monthly treatments to me and used a couple of different equipments too.

My wife and I visited the spa on November 8, 2025, and it was a very pleasant experience. The service and microdermabrasion treatment were excellent. Esthetician Samara was very careful during the procedure. Thank you.

Great experience with microneedling. My brown spots are fading and my wrinkles are less pronounced. Veronica did a wonderfu job and she is very friendly and easy to understand what she is doing.

Excellent service, great place!! Veronica is wonderful, she's very kind person. Visit this spa and you'll have a good moment.
