Spoke with nurse Katherine about a concern I had with a prescription order and she was absolutely disrespectful with the rudest comments saying "I guess you have to stay in pain until Monday', "I wonder where your daughter got her attitude from", etc. I preceded to ask to speak with a manager, and she had lied saying a doctor had heard the whole conversation and agreed with her. That is not true at all, if the doctor had heard the call, I would've been informed on my prescription. I will be contacting the corporate manager.

Excellent care, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I generally arrive early and am always seen promptly, even before my appointment time. Folks who have complained about the Palm Beach Blvd location only being open a couple of days per week perhaps are not aware that this is a satellite location. If they cannot be accommodated there at their convenience, they should make an appointment at the main office location at University Place. This location has gone from one day a week to three days a week, so perhaps that will help.

I didn’t feel like I was listened to, or thoroughly examined. I was prescribed Dupixent and told that was my only option, but after 2 months of waiting for that to come through, and multiple calls saying they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor, I found out I didn’t have eczema or contact dermatitis at all. It was ringworm. Completely treatable without expensive prescriptions that I’m sure they get kickbacks for prescribing. Do not recommend.

Used to love this office and the doctor. Seems like every time I go they try to schedule another appointment to get little things done when they could get it all done at once. Makes me come to the conclusion that they just want to try to make more money off your insurance and guess who has a co-pay... do not recommend.

All the staff is amazing I have been to other Dermatology offices and I have no good remarks for any of them. But advanced on Palm Beach Blvd is wonderful. Thank you Enid Martinez and staff!!!

Not open for no more than two days out of the week and this is a skin doctor I do feel that this office should be open more than twice a week I have been trying to get my daughter in the office but they're so booked up. Because they only have two days out of the week that they're there it doesn't take a genius to figure out hey we've got a lot of patience maybe we should open up another day to help the people who really need this service.i HOPE that they realize this before loosing patients!!!!!

I do not know why this place would need my social security number for an appt for my son!? That is completely not need for any doctors office?! I do not like that and this to just put in on paper in a pile of papers!!!!
