First of all, I wanna think the entire staff at the front desk that stays organized helpful, quick to assist and pleasant to speak with having three people at the front working. The desk is so helpful and it just shows that you want to heal your patience and help them to get through The appointment now for the doctors doctor Sivamani has helped my daughter tremendously. Life changer with the medical experience and the holistic experience that he has getting us familiar with many many many herbs and vitamins is so very appreciated and Kevin and another gal we’ve worked with I go to Pacific skin Institute and so does my daughter. I am so very grateful for the care that they take of my daughter given that she sees the dermatologist due to an autoimmune condition. He gets back within 24 to 48 hours to text and appreciate this wholeheartedly so very very much. They’re not. He’s not just a dermatologist and the office is not just you wouldn’t think that autoimmune would have to do with dermatology, but it’s your skin and it ties in because your skin is your main organ to be able to learn so much at the doctors office is incredibly helpful. Thank you for helping advocate teacher us and get us better and send us on our way. Appreciate you for the basil cell treatment and the dermatology issues and autoimmune issues that you have diagnosed and helped us all the way through And I look forward to continued care with Pacific skin institute locations at Folsom Rockland and Sacramento. Great people, quality care. Short wait, and high quality staff that were competent, professional, and friendly. My third attempt in the area to deal with skin cancer. First two attempts were with other clinics. First clinic wanted to radiate my face for what turned out to be non cancerous lesion. Second dermatologist had beautiful waiting room but knew little about skin cancer. They specialized in cosmetic procedures. My only issue with this clinic is there use of a crappy software called klara. Poorly designed information gathering software that was worse than a government site It required I spend 15 minutes on a smart phone rather than 2 minutes with pen and paper. Once I got past having to use that software, my experience was first class

She was very attentive, spent plenty of time with me, listened carefully, and provided clear recommendations. You can truly feel her care for patients. Absolutely amazing experience! I was very fortunate to have found this place and get an appointment within two weeks for my first visit! Being unaware of an aggressive melanoma growing on my face rapidly and having them remove it as quickly as they did was a blessing for me. I love going to this place very comfortable and pleasant and calm and knowledgeable.

Despite the details provided by the general physician while referring the skin specialist just met to explain the same things and asked to book another appointment with another specialist at the same location. They could have booked it the first time right. By the way, the first appointment was also rescheduled (after waiting for 5 months) just a month before tha appointment stating that they booked an appointment with the specialist who would be gone for maternity leave and nobody else could cover her patients, so pushed that appointment for another month.

Front desk was welcoming and our doctor was informative and kind. I did wait about 45 minutes to see the doctor though (30 minutes from appointment time, but they asked I come in 15 minutes early). I had a morning appointment thinking it wouldn't be that delayed, but this was longer than anticipated.

Very nice personnel at front desk, was easy to schedule an appointment and sign in upon arrival. After short waiting period was called in to see a specialist, discussed my concerns, being served, got some treatment and scheduled follow up appointment. In and out in a 45 minute total! Perfect!
