Very professional staff from the moment you step in, and all throughout the entire visit. Dr. David No is skilled, knowledgeable and highly efficient. By far, one of the best in the region.

Dr. No is perhaps the most kindest, wonderful & honest person. I have been using Dr. No as my Dermatologist for a very long, long time probably around 20-years even though I am a Kaiser member I opt to see Dr. No. One just can't go wrong with his expertise and excellent knowledge of Dermatology skills ~ It would be the best decision one ever makes! All I can say is "Kudos!", Dr. No, for providing me with the best-ever skin care that I could possibly imagine!

There have been times when the office misplaced my appointment, but hands down, Doctor No's office is the best I have experienced. Their professionalism is top notch. All of the staff are attentive to details, and the medical staff keeps great tabs on my health. I appreciate the whole staff at the Dermatology Center of Northern California.

My husband and I have yearly skin checks with Dr No and we are grateful for his care. He is professional and caring and always takes care of any issues. Staff is polite and efficient. We recommend this practice 100%

Dr No was great & his staff was very well prepared for the procedure. In addition, the front staff was very friendly & checked me in & out in an orderly manner. I was very pleased with the office & highly recommend DR No as your dermatologist, you will see & experience his great skills as well as his great personality.

Favorite Derm place for years. I have endured biopsies and previous procedures with ease. Unfortunately getting a Mohs procedure was not a procedure I expected to have zero pain relief. When I called to tell my surgeon I was told they would get back to me. Being given Tylenol as only pain management was not working even slightly. Not all patients are the same. They Never called back. I had to call 5 hours later to be told, now take Motrin. Swelling and bleeding was a concern and was told not to take Motrin, so which is it?. Zero accountability and Zero respect to a patients pain. Would have been an 5 minute call from MD to ask me questions. Especially when you know the patient very well as a colleague. I am Just someone in tremendous pain that did not need to drive back to the office again a day after surgery to be told yeah your swollen. All I needed was a little relief for a day or two….its called compassion. Terrible experience and shame on them to treat a 60 year old that way.. I’m sad to be a nurse and in the same profession. Won’t make the mistake of going back or referring any friends/patients. Medicine 101. Pain is what the patient reports it to be. Not everyone is looking for pain meds….. just management.

My family has been going to Dr. No for many years and we have all had our issues. But no matter the situation, we have always been extremely happy with Dr. No's assessment and treatment. We really enjoy his professional style - easy going, communicative and articulate. The office is well run and I never seem to have to wait very long.
