I waited many weeks for an appointment at this clinic. I was very worried about my skin condition and looked forward to having a discussion about my concerns with a qualified provider. Instead, the provider treated me like a moldy block of cheese - a quick look, disgusted face, then an easy toss in the trash bin. The "examination" lasted less than 30 seconds, the provider quickly dismissed my questions, and she walked out. As I was leaving the exam room, I saw her having a happy chat with a woman who appeared to be a pharmaceutical rep. I hope nobody ever treats this provider the way she treated me.

Ji Lee is amazing!!! She helped me get over a serious case of profuse sweating during panic attacks. The sweating stopped, and my overall quality of life has gotten better. Thank you so much, Carolina Skin Care!!!

They got me in the same week which was absolutely amazing! I also love how they managed time so properly that I did not have to wait long for anything! Check out was a breeze! My first experience visiting Carolina Skin Care was excellent. Dr. Ghee was wonderful—patient and kind. She listened to my concerns, and the treatment she prescribed for my skin has already shown improvements within just a few days. The staff was incredibly friendly and very professional. I have been suffering for psoriasis for decades went one time and writhing a month had the perfect prescription and my psoriasis is now contained and I have never felt more excited about my journey. Staff is amazing and I’m completely satisfied

After they had told me they take both my medicare and my Medicaid in the end they charged me $121.67 when I called their billing department and complained about that they said there was an error issue concerning my Medicaid and that a supervisor would have to call me back within 24 to 48 hours 8 Days later I finally got a call back after calling them several times and was told that they did not accept Medicaid at that facility though they took my Medicaid card copied the information and even told me that they had that information they didn't inform me that they did not accept Medicaid the money that they charged me was for a follow-up visit which I did not need in the end they robbed me of $77 and change and they're going to send me a check for the remainder. I am going to suggest to my doctor that he not recommend them for any more of his patients this isn't the first time I've heard of them pulling this and other scams like no show fees applied against the customers card. While waiting there for my procedure I actually witnessed a customer complaining about a no-show fee when they had even recorded them calling weeks in advance to cancel their visit they were pulled aside just as I was admitted. Don't go here people I fear you regret it

Didn’t call with my pathology report, provided no patient education about the chemotherapy drugs I’d be using, and didn’t even want to see me in person when I reported struggling with reactions to the medication. I came to understand that I was just a number—a paycheck and not a person. After waiting 4 months for an appointment, I expected a more caring and committed team.
