Always a pleasure coming here. I always feel heard and get my needs met. Appointments aren't scheduled out for months like other places either.

This appointment that I waited 6 months for was a waste of my time. The doctor seemed very disinterested in any of my concerns and offered little to no solutions to my skin issues. I think it is time she retires. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming, otherwise I would have rated 1 star. I will be looking for another dermatologist.

Dr. Leslie McStravick has been my dermatologist for over a decade. She’s knowledgeable and thorough, genuinely cheerful and friendly – one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever had. I actually look forward to my annual skin checks. Once I had a mysterious rash appear out of nowhere, and super savvy McStravick immediately knew what it was and how it would progress (and ultimately disappear). The office itself is pleasant, office staff helpful and efficient, and appointments run on-time. A uniquely hassle-free medical experience!

If you have excellent insurance, you might have a better experience than I had with OHS here. Had to wait 4 months for an appointment for a questionable possibly cancerous skin condition. Got into an exam room for a complete mole check (have had several skin cancers previously), no strip-down gown or anything, just plain clothes, which seemed odd for what I was in for, and then waited 20 minutes. Dreyer comes in, rather brusquely asks what's the matter with me, I relay brief description of carcinomas removed, and show her the scars. She glances over me, turns to go, saying 'Well, you've got a lot going on but nothing I can help you with'. I couldn't believe what I just heard, and say 'What??' and she sighs with exasperation and says 'I didn't see anything cancerous, if that's what you're worried about', turns and walks out the door. I am still stunned a year later at being treated this way. She needs to do something that doesn't involve living creatures of any kind. Just appalling.

Honestly I am shocked by some of the bad reviews because I've been seeing dr dryer for years and her and her staff are so kind! She takes her time and always gets to the bottom of things. I'm glad I have her in my corner and I would recommend her to everyone!

Beware of lack of comprehensive service, extended referrals, and sensitivity to your concerns. I received a registered letter (unsigned) today "withdrawing from your further professional care." I saw Dr. Jenny Yeh at the clinic on 2/27. I pointed out the lesions I knew of; she looked at them (without magnification) and suggested chemical treatment from a Florida compounding service. Said it would be a day or two before I heard from them. On 3/2 I called the office and told them I had not heard anytime and they said we should be in contact in another day. On 3/9 I called again and reported I had not heard anything and have the same lesion I had when I first came in so don't bill my insurance. The office manager finally got a response from the Florida concern. I've gone to half a dozen dermatologists of the last 30 years. This lack of responsible treatment is new to me. They certainly don't believe in the Stew Lenoard business philosophy.

I walked into this office and almost b4 I could take a breath the gal at the office greeted me, I was seen by a doctor and right off the bat she was rude she spent all of 4 seconds with me said I’m sure it’s fine and sent me on my way. I complained and was told I was sleeping and there is no way she was rude to me I was just being sensitive I replied well ok then. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable being judged by people who no doubt voted for joe old what’s his face. And said I would prefer to get my money back. I was told that wasn’t going to happen and to have a great day. I will be seeking legal counsel
