My first (and only) experience with Dr. Baird was less than satisfactory. Dr. Baird was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns too, just like another reviewer pointed out. Baird was condescending to me too. [Edit] What really stood out as a red flag was that she made only one recommendation: a procedure called MOHS, which would be done by a colleague of hers at another location. I left without committing to that procedure, and 2 days later, that colleague's office called me to set up an appointment for the MOHS procedure! I declined. Only after a couple of weeks passed did Baird call me to offer "alternatives to the MOHS procedure"... Why on Earth didn't she spend the time to go over ALL of the possible remedies and treatments for my issue WHILE I WAS THERE AT HER OFFICE?? That was MY TIME to have her attention on my issue, I'M PAYING FOR THAT TIME, so I should have received a thorough, complete review of my options for treatment! No, instead, she handed me a brochure on MOHS, and sent me on my way. That really angered me. Another red flag: HER BILLING DEPT HAS BEEN SCREWING WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT as they double-debited my credit card! So not only did I get a sub-par experience with the doctor (to which I'll never return, not even for a follow-up, which means I still have the skin issue to contend with), but now I'm having to deal with this ongoing billing problem, which was very much their fault (to which 'Brianna' their accountant admitted)! I'm having to monitor my bank account DAILY, and they've already put my account in Overdraft, TWICE, as they first double-debit, then erase, then double-debit AGAIN... DR. BAIRD, GET YOURSELF A QUALIFIED, COMPETENT ACCOUNTANT!!!

Everyone at the office is friendly and personable. For my small, surgical procedure, PA Cheryl was very gentle and answered all my questions. She is very thorough and experienced.

The best of the best. She takes her time taking pieces of you. She askes if the lidocaine is working correctly. Kind, compassionate, and distracts with great humor when things get tense. Best Dr I have met, ever.

Great small dermatology office. The staff were all kind and quick. I was in and out and had all the help I needed in no time. Glad I found this office!

Very long wait time for appointment, no testing/history collected during 1st visit but was sent with trial guesses meds for my skin which caused significantly more issues - would not recommend

Dr Baird is a waste of time and money. I waited 6 months to get an appointment with her about something I’m very concerned with. She spent 5 minutes with me and brushed it off, saying there was no problem, even though I am in constant pain with my skin issue. Her medical license should be revoked. Don’t go to her unless you like being disregarded and gaslighted. She will not help you.

Went to her last year. As a Dr. I felt she was conscientious, and did find a growth that needed removed. Her personality is lacking. Not the most friendliest, room for improvement.
